Review: This book opened my eyes to a different way of interpreting scripture, espescally the 'final days'. the return of the Beggar King, whom we call Jesus Christ, is difficult to understand, but by moving it to another world where things are just 'different', it made it easier to understand when i was younger, and now i enjoy this book for the story as well as the analogy.

I give this book 5 stars because it is well written, as Poe said, each word is to give meaning to the overall 'effect' being created by a work. this book does that. The characters may be flat, but they seem real because they seem so familiar.

A definate read, and a great overall series.
