Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Challenging ... provoking ...
Review: This book gave me a really hard time! The challenge of hearing about the reactions of Christians to the horrors they and their family experienced was enormous - the ability to say that 'God is good'despite the horror of their situation is incredible. Not to mention justified.

But the majority of the book is the biography of the Guillebaud family as missionaries in Rwanda. It was well written and presented.

The discussion at the end of the book on the theology of the situation faced up to the real questions - I found that very helpful.
