Summary: Barely concealed Maharishi-ism new-age hooey
Review: Calling on all of the pop imagery that has "all hope for it and all evidence against it" this book attempts to lure those with overactive imaginations into a world of magical enlightenment that has somehow been kept secret. Secrets that are now available for the right fee from the right pop-guru. By blending movie-fantasy and scientific sounding words, the author tries to lure the reader into rejecting the very critical thinking that the author parades as his credentials. The real key is that this is another of Maharishi's PR specials. The "ancient seer" that Cox celebrates is none other than the giggling guru himself: Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. One notices that most of the positive reviews of the book come from Fairfield, Iowa - home of Maharishi "University." It will be interesting to see if Cox goes the same route as Deepak Chopra. As soon as Chopra became popular with his pro-Maharishi books, he distanced himself from the guru, and started his own line of enlightenment products. These "ancient" seers are rather modern.

Summary: An earth-transforming ancient sacred science rediscovered!
Review: I've been practicing and teaching meditation for 30 years. The understanding of subtle energy presented in this book clarifies and integrates my understanding of a wide range of concepts and makes the goal of full spiritual development, both personal and global, a much more realistic, imminent attainment. Many of us feel intuitively that the world is about to undergo a dramatic transformation--unlike anything we've seen in recorded history. This book explains the mechanics of this transformation more clearly than any other I've read, offers practical advice on how to not only survive but enjoy the coming changes, and presents an inspiring vision of what the world might be like once they are completed.

Summary: An earth-transforming ancient sacred science rediscovered!
Review: Robert Cox has assembled a compendium of esoteric topics melding ancient history, the symbology of world cultures, and the traditions of ancient seers into a crystal clear explanation of the sacred rituals which awaken, expand, and give seemingly miraculous powers to the non-physical individual mind. The personal mind is described as a being within the ever-creating Mother-Father Mind, the Supreme Being of our cosmos. The Kundalini of the Cosmos, i.e. the "pillar of celestial fire" descends into the kundalini of the initiate. As above, so below.

Further, he has lucidly defined a highly organized Sacred Science of spiritualized matter involving alchemistry with precious metals that will produce the long-sought Philosopher's Stone, the White Ash. This ASH is an incredibly high concentration of subtle energy or prana in tangible form. Rob Cox believes it will enable the invention of a plethora of unique healing devices and a completely new non-polluting set of power generation technologies. They can lift the burden of present day environmentally destructive mining, manufacturing, communication, nuclear and electrical industries from Mother Earth.

All this from the author's re-discovery of the practices of ancient seers obtaining cosmic consciousness and applying the universal laws of Sacred Science. An extension of this book's value in describing the potentials of our heritage from the ancient seers is the provision of a framework for linking and integrating isolated Sacred Science research that has been manifesting around the world during the past forty years. It is this most significant period at the conclusion of a 13,000 year half time on the 'Cosmic Clock' of the Zodiac that Robert Cox shows to be the entry time to a new Golden Age of Illumination and world harmony.

This book is a MUST READ. It will Spiritualize many of the most important matters in your life.

Summary: Barely concealed Maharishi-ism new-age hooey
Review: This is a block-buster book! I had trouble putting it down. Of all the books on spiritual subjects that I've read in the past 30+ years, this is one of the top five.

This book comes the closest to anything I've ever read of explaining a "theory of everything." Its range is from the scale of the multiple universes that I'd read about in Vedic texts, down to subtle particles that are both spiritual and material, smaller than an atom. Its time scale is from the "Big Bang," which may be better characterized as a precipitation of matter out of consciousness, through the end of the universe.

The author describes the subtle-matter mechanics of spiritual development of the soul; how and why civilizations go through cycles of Golden Ages, Silver Ages, through our present Iron Age or Kali Yuga; and how sacred technologies were used by previous civilations for physical rejuvenation and spiritual upliftment. What makes this relevant today is that these technologies are apparently in the process of being rediscovered. If applied for the common good, they could transform life on our earth for the better.
