Review: Robert Stone didn't allow himself to get too excited about the work of Cleve Backster, a polygraph expert whose discoveries about plants and cells have inspired many books and articles. The fact that cells react measurably in spite of being separated from the host body indicates we are programmable on a cellular level. Explains why sex sells! Bacteria reacts to other bacteria -- which has a lot to do with healing, with projecting emotions and thoughts onto our bodies, food, cultures around us. Backster's discoveries deserve a lot more attention than they have gotten. The implications are enormous!
