It is well laid out with graphics and clear explanations. Please, if you get chance, find this book and keep it by your bedside - it is wonderful for healers (I am a Reiki master) and spiritualists alike.

Summary: There's more to you than meets the eye!
Review: I am reading this book for a book study group that we have at our local chain bookstore. It is practical and laid out in a way that makes it easy-to-read. It has wonderful stories throughout, many from a variety of spiritual teachers from the world's spiritual traditions, that clarify and expand on the points being made. It is a great study of the body's subtle energy system. For each chakra, the authors give the following correspondences: location, color, sanskrit name, # of petals, positive expression, unbalanced expression, corresponding part of body, musical instrument,gemstone, spiritual tradition and life lesson. I highly recommend this book as it makes the profound practical and enjoyable.
