Summary: Tantra - not the way to God-Realisation
Review: I'm sorry people but it is very difficult, almost impossible even, to grow spiritually, to expand your consciousness, while living a sexually active life. Rigid celibacy (brahmacharya) combined with daily meditation and a God-centred life is the only time-tested way forward. Look at any advanced rishi's or swami's, they ALL lead lives of total celibacy and renunciation. Try it for a while and feel your mind and consciousness expand. Westerners like Tantra because it gives them the opportunity to have lots of sex while believing it is also advancing them spiritually at the same time. It is not. In fact if you are in any way established in celibacy and meditation and your kundalini has risen to the 2nd, 3rd or 4th chakra's, any return to sexual behaviour will immediately drop it right back down to the first chakra - and your expanded consciousness associated with those higher chakra's will evaporate. You will be back to the same level of awareness as 99.9% of sex-obsessed humanity. Little does the World know what great unawakened power lies within them. That power is dissipated uselessly through the sex act, but rises and manifests with great force when celibacy is practised.

Review: This book COMPLETELY changed my life!!!! It is THE book to read to have a HAPPY relationship and a HAPPY LIFE!!! You don't need to read any other book once you have read this one!!! Beleive me!!! It is pure, inspiring, and very uplifting... and yet so helpfully "practical" and easy to apply!!!
