So you whip out your trusty St. Vitus' charm, a ragged copy of the Good News, and a long, pointed stick and prepare to do battle with the forces of evil.Above all else, this book will make you feel a lot better about yourself, knowing that there are so many much sillier people out there who might actually believe this hokum. But it is also scary, in that they might be your neighbors.

Review: I have worked in deliverance ministry and it is common for people to ask me how to break generational curses. Exodus 20 states that the iniquity of the parents is passed down to the children to the 3rd and 4th generation. This is why disease and other types of lack and perversions are typical in a family and are hereditary. Sometimes we don't inherit a curse--sometimes we invite it into our lives through opening doors to sin, or even unforgiveness. This book is helpful to give to people to give an overview of the power of a curse over someone's life, and the even GREATER POWER of Jesus Christ to break the bonds of Satan. If you have a dark cloud over your head or something that recurs, then consider that there might be a generational curse that is keeping you from overcoming in this area. I have seen people who have repeated calamities such as accidents, many people die prematurely in a family, and many other types of oppression and depression. Suicide is a spirit - if someone is being seduced into commiting suicide they are battling a demon of curse. I have personally cast a spirit of suicide out of people and they no longer felt that overwhelming impulse to end their life. I would recommend this book, and then looking through other books on the same subject. Amazon.com sells quite a few. Also, even though I don't like every single thing that Bob Larsen does in his ministry, I have met the man and helped out at his conferences, and he really does do a good work. Check out his website at www.boblarsen.org, I believe. He has "Spiritual Freedom Conferences" in many areas of the country, and also deliverance teams in many major cities. He also has a lot of books, videos and cassettes that can help you. But first, get this book! It's very inexpensive and a classic for the shelf!

Summary: Best book on ridding of all demonic curses
Review: I ordered this one while on one of my demonology trips gathering all types of information to prepare myself for war against Satan. Curses and demons around every corner. Fortunately, the book contains a good amount of scripture. A bit too sensational now that I sit down to review it. Begins with the premise that curses are real and follows by describing different types that exist (generational, personal sin, accursed objects, witchcraft, etc.) He then goes on to describe eight laws that govern each category of curse. He concludes with a four page chapter dedicated to steps in breaking curses. Writing style identical to "Pigs in the Parlour."

Summary: Best book on ridding of all demonic curses
Review: This is the BEST book out there on the breaking of ANY curse or witchcraft spell, written by a minister with a great deal of experience on casting out demons, Rev. Frank Hammond. If you own Frank's classic book "Pigs in the Parlor", you MUST have a copy of this alos great Bible based book on the breaking of all curses. As a person who has gone to a number of churches that help those afflicted with demons, this book is read by all, and highly recommended. With this book you understand God's spiritual world, you understand that curses are REAL, and you learn about word curses, generational curses that lead to illness and emotional problems, and also learn about witchcraft curses, that actually go on today. This is a MUST for all church and town libraries. Higly recommended by a born again Christian.
