Summary: Enlighten your Spirit!
Review: Fantastic venture around the world! I will definitely travel to those areas which I have not yet been. Brad lights the travel bug within all of us. I highly recommend this book to any spiritual person. I cannot wait for the next "sacred" book to be published!

Summary: Sacred Places: A Great Overview
Review: I read World Stompers and also enjoyed that book. Eventhough this book does not have photo's(I'm a Photojournalist) it is a great piece of work. I would have listed a few more places than in the book, but still fantastic work.

I have been to many of the places listed in this book and his description is 95% on track.

Summary: Sacred Places: A Great Overview
Review: I've traveled around the world and have been to many of the places in Brad's fine book. Brad offers a fine overview of many of these places. I would recommend this as a great reference guide for anyone interested in the subject. Brad's hand drawn maps are a great addition to the text.

Summary: Trivial -- the McDonalds of Travel Literature
Review: This book takes what can be a great experience and McPilgrim's it . . . The writing is wooden, and the depth is about as thick as the meat on one of those teeny basic hamburgers. The only reason you would read this is to get a list of sites you may want to research elsewhere. For travel to sacred sites, see such well-written and inspiring books as Phil Cousineau's Art of Pilgrimage and Sarah York's Pilgrim Heart -- don't waste your money on this one.

Summary: Elevate your traveling spirit
Review: To know author Brad Olsen is to love him. He is one of kind as are his unique and entertaining travel books. In Sacred Places, Olsen elevates our spirits as he takes us around the world.
