Summary: Ma Kundalini is your MOTHER, not your wife, or servant.
Review: Om Amrtesvaryai Namah! Dear Ones, this is a book unlike any other exposition of The Kundalini teachings. Here it is felt, is the authentic, inspirational Tantric teachings on the matter. Most powerful in this book is the assertion that we have only to throw ourselves into Mother's Lap and She will take care of everything for us. Even better yet is to practice the "kitten" yoga, wherein wherever you are, that's where She put you, and if you want Your Mother, you have only to "mew" unceasingly, until She can't stand to listen to your caterwhauling any more and comes to pick you up and put you in Her vast universal lap Herself, fussing and cuddling with you. Ahh! such bliss! Sounds to me like the best, safest, and easiest course to take. Give it all to Mother, Vimalananda says, and She'll take care of you better than you could do it yourself. However, if you want to be a "teenager" and jump off Her lap to follow your own ego's promptings, She'll just let you go, saying: "Have fun child; Run off and ruin yourself! When you need Me, just call, and if I'm not too busy, i'll come and get you eventually." Ma just wants to give us what we want, so we need to be careful what it is that we ask Her for, cause, we just may get it. Let Her decide, is Vimalananda's advice. Then you just can't go wrong. This is a wonderfully isnpiring, yet cautionary book, which i think sets the precisely right tone, in the way that Mother's Children should relate to Her. In fact Holy Mother Ammachi's teaching more often than not correspond almost precisely with Vimalananda's. They offer the same advice. "Don't get so caught up in what the ego wants, but just call on the Divine Mother and SURRENDER unto Her all your faults and virtues, and give Her your power of attourney, just as Vimalananda did to Ma Tara, and Girish Chandra Ghosh (the great Bengali Playwright) did to Bhagavan Sri Ramakrsna. Try it, you'll like it. Oh and by the way, they further suggest that until we can cry a bucket full of tears longing for Her, we can expect not much. Cry! Cry! Cry! for the Mother, and She will come...... Koti koti pranams to Dr. Svoboda for this Tantra. Om Amrtesvaryai Namah!

Summary: Bom Tara!!!!
Review: This is a beautiful book. It is not a Tantrick manual nor a book attempting to make you 'realize'. It is simply inspiring...It takes you into the heart of a tantrick..his reasonings for his emotions...His love for the goddess. This book will change your life if you understand it properly...It reminds you of a love you once lost yourself

Summary: Best possible recitation of "subjective reality"
Review: This is an excellent book on Tantra. If you are a spiritual seeker or simply wondering about spiritualism or confused about religion and spiritualism or for any kind of spiritual questions in your mind this is book for you. Aghori Vimalanda, who had experienced the Ultimate, kept a low profile happened (or pre-destined) to come in contact with author who lived in India at that time. This was live narration of his encounters with ultimate spiritual energy or kundalini maa and author did an excellent job in compiling his recitation of his cosmic experience into words, of-course, as much as could be possible. Unlike many other books this is not a mere theoretical, vague and ignorant explanation of old scriptures because she (kundalini) is a "subjective reality" thus can not be imagined or understood by "objective" confined mind but can only be falsely interpreted and made poisonous. If you are wondering about some God men, who they are? How they can make some people pursue, how they start claiming themselves knower of all and thus God men - read this book before taking your next step.

Summary: One of the Very Best Books Out There
Review: This is truly one of the best books out there. If you are even considering buying this one do it. I was very, very impressed with this book. I can't say enough good things about it. The cover is exceedingly cool as well. If you follow the ideas given in this book you can and will develop great power, but power comes with a price, be prepared.
I give much respect to the author and the publisher, this may be my all-time favorite book.

Summary: Fantastic
Review: We meet again Vimalananda, the Skotch-guzzling, chain-smoking, horse-racing, corpse-sitting tantrika of "Aghora: At The Left Hand of God" fame. Anyone remotely interested in tantra, yoga or Indian philosophy should read this book, if only for the marvelous allegorical interpretations of the Vedas and Vedangas that you may not find elsewhere. For example, Indra is the Lord of the Senses (Indrayi); and the esoteric Ramayana is a story of Hanuman/Prana's crossing the sea/chakras to the muladhara/Lanka where Sita/Kundalini lies captive, hostage to sense-deluded Ravana. Some stories are best taken with a pinch of salt--a pinch to make sure you're awake; salt to learn the alchemical lessons: for example, turning the sadhu's sandals to ash by mere touch (holy smoke!) or judging the jnana of a saint by the size of his feces (BS!). There is some question whether Vimalananda "really" existed or is only "imaginary" but, to me Vimalananda is as real and influential as Thrice-blessed Hermes, Hamlet, or don Juan de Mateo. Plus, the good doctor teaches how to raise shakti from Svadishthana to Anahata.
