Summary: Consciousness is God: Imagination & Belief Create Reality
Review: According to Neville we are all Gods. Or we are creators of our own lives. It matters not what other people do or think. Consciousness is the one and only creator of circumstances. Plus we can not be affected by the consciousness of others. We are in total control of our lives at all times.

This may seem hard to believe, but if taken from a spiritual viewpoint it may be possible. On a spiritual level nothing we do can affect another soul or can affect us. We are all independent beings. Yet in this physical reality this does not seem to be the case. Here we are affected by hundreds of things. The government forces us to pay taxes, our bosses tell us what to do, or family members want us to do things we don't necessarily want to do. So if we view things from a purely physical viewpoint only we have very little power.

Yet it seems that if we live from our desired points we will in time get them on a physical level. We manifest our desires instantly via our imaginations at our source; the spiritual level. So we control how we Feel at all times. When we are making a change in our life it usually has to do with wanting to change how we feel. So by living from our desired states as Neville proposes, we can control how we feel at all times and that is very important. It just takes a certain amount of time for our imagined states to affect the lower levels of spirit, like matter. At the source, Consciousness, the changes are made instantaneously.

With this idea in mind I realized a very important point. The difference between self-esteem and God esteem. Or as long as your self-esteem is based on God then nothing you did in the past or anything anyone thinks about you matters. Because God exists only in the present moment. Time is irrelevant from the spiritual planes of reality. You are always God if your attention is there. The moment you focus on fear and lack you are out of the spiritual consciousness. This means you can always be full of love and happiness if you are focused on love and happiness. Or whatever it is you want to experience. Neville says to assume that you already have it.

For years I used to worry about what others thought about me. It's really more important what I think about myself. Not only that but what I think about myself tremendously influences what others think of me. I've done many experiments with this and proved this to principal true over and over again. It was amazing how peoples opinion of me changed when I stopped worrying about what they thought and I simply projected my own reality. According to Neville we are all constantly creating our realities and so what we believe and imagine being true is what we experience in life.

Neville claims that whatever we want simply requires us to take possession of it in our imaginations first. We must live as though we have already achieved our goal and commit to that goal. We all have a built in Genie and most of us were never told how to ask it or that we even had it.

This book also explains that the Bible is the greatest Psychological book ever written. Neville claims that the stories in the bible were not of real people but instead symbolic and meant to teach. This book is definitely not for the orthodox mind. They will rebel at how Neville interprets the bible.

This book totally empowers the individual. He claims that desires are not bad but good, that they are a gift from God. He explains many famous biblical quotes from the viewpoint of spiritual law.

Neville even has a formula for how much time you should wait to manifest your vision. He talks about the pregnancy and birth of ideas. The virgin birth of Christ through Mary was simply a symbolic story of the birth of ideas in man and the ability to create.

"Your Faith is Your Fortune," is another great book by Neville. It clarified many points for me on metaphysical principles of manifestation. There is so much more in the book than I could possibly go over in a review.

Summary: Neville explains the Bible's spiritual meaning.
Review: I study Neville's material daily and can honestly verify that he is a very outstanding teacher, mystic and Bible scholar. In this volume that is Neville's first and perhaps most mystical book, he explains the meaning of different biblical events.

The book consists of rather short chapters. Each chapter is devoted to a certain biblical theme which Neville takes into discussion. Then he will proceed to explain you the spiritual and psychological truths that the theme includes.

This book is about spiritual awakening and understanding the power of your consciousness... not so much about self-help as self-help is generally understood as get-rich quickly scheme.

If you are looking for get-rich-quick books -- this title is not for you. However, if you seek to understand the deeper meaning of the Bible - this is a book to buy.

If you think you know your Bible, I challenge you to buy this book for your perception is going to change as a result of reading this book.

Very informative.

Summary: Assuming the consciousness ...
Review: This book is so meaningful and inspirational to me that I keep it near my bedside always. Neville writes with startling clarity and conviction. There is so much consciousness raising material here it can't be described. I particularly love his teachings on: What Bibles are (12), Assuming the consciousness (136), Only slaves have masters (30), You must dwell ... (42), Nature abhors vacuums (95), and Moving from one state of consciousness to another (44).
