Review: While I dont' think that Silver's books are the best thing to ever hit the Pagan scene, I have to diasagree with some of the more "bashing" reviews of this piece. Yes, it is a kit for the "teeny-bopper" witches, who usually are in it just while its "cool". I actually had this kit back when I was in high school. I found it useful because I lived in a rural area where there was no pagan shops. So, getting supplies like the pentacle and even gemstones were difficult. Furthermore, the book was a little useful...if you knew to mix religion with the spells (i.e. not just cast spells and spells because you could). I would recommend this ONLY to people who have no local shops to get supplies (even if these are cheaply made) and know how to limit their spellcasting so they don't become a Silver Jr.
