Review: This book is a real motivator. But of course, it requires a lot of commitment and only if you are true to yourself is any book/program going to help you. Along with the suggestions and the program mentioned in the book I have cut out on caffeine beverages. I'm now drinking a much healthier substitute to regular coffee called 'soyffee' which I found at www.S o y c o f f e e.c om. My belief is that a little diet control, loads of will power and such handy and helpful books can really help in building the new 'you'!
