Rating: Summary: The is the best book in the Secret Language series! Review: As an ardent fan of both BIRTHDAYS and RELATIONSHIPS, I have to say that the authors have outdone themselves. Focusing on the nodes of the moon was a stroke of brilliance! With the turn of the millenium, I was thinking that I'd like to re-vision my life. So I re-read the description of my karmic path in DESTINY recently. They really nailed me. The text and its insights just get more meaningful! This is really powerful analysis of life purpose.
Rating: Summary: I yearn for more insight Review: As with all astrological and psychic phenomenon the picture is never spelled out in black and white. This book was accurate for me and those close to me, so I can only assume that it would be for others. It's both a good conversation piece and akin to an encyclopedia - a good reference for a bit of insight into the behaviour of others. As with other serious research, really boring into the meat of the matter requires additional references and study. I applaud the author, for to compile all of this insight into one book is truely a significant accomplishment. For around $20 I would say that this book is indeed a great buy! ...and this is a completely objective review.
Rating: Summary: A Bit Off The Beaten Path... But Worth The Trip Review: Goldschneider and Elffers are back with another book to help you define yourself and those around you. Here, they suggest that there are 48 different "Karmic Paths." 48 is clearly a very important number, since there were also 48 different time periods in their "Secret Language Of Relationships" book. (Was it 12 zodiac signs multiplied by the 4 seasons?)At any rate, here, by determining your birth date, you can find out which Karmic Path you are on, and see how best to utilize it, based on which of the 48 "weeks" you are following. This concept may be a bit difficult to grasp for some, and the tables are the most complex of any of the three books in this series, but it's worth it to take some time and read through it. I found some fascinating insights about both myself and friends. Recommended.

Rating: Summary: WOW! Review: I've been testing the accuracy of this book and it so far has been about 95% accurate. These guys are really onto something. Check it out!
Rating: Summary: "The Secret Language of Destiny"ÿ Review: If, like most people, you've periodically asked yourself, "Why am I here?" now there is a place where you can find the answer. "Destiny" is an easy-to-read astrological guide that will soothe even the worst case of existential angst. It goes deeper than Goldschneider and Elffers' previous two collaborations -- "The Secret Language of Birthdays" and the follow-up book on relationships.
Rating: Summary: ASTONISHINGLY ACCURATE. Review: My wife and I were AMAZED at the truths found in this book. For instance, I am a "Sagittarius II". Original, eccentric, kooky and eclectic. For years, in my youth, I sought acceptance by being a "people pleaser" type: I wanted to be accepted by "trying too hard". When I forgot about success & popularity (as the book states) in my late twenties, it suddenly found me, as if by magic! On a lighter note, because I am definitely an off-the-wall personality, I found life is much easier once I accepted this fact and by surrounding myself with friends who encourage/appreciate my zany/whacko way of seeing things. By letting go of our ego, our garden of positive thoughts, i.e. our REAL SELVES come into fruitation. Because we are all given particular gifts and idiosyncrasies, the book guides us all according to our own particular character traits! A bravura work. I agree with another reviewer in that these guys really ARE onto something!
Rating: Summary: Very good, but best used as a coffee-table book Review: There's quite a few negative reviews of this book on here that say "Don't buy this book because only 8-10 pages will actually pertain to you in particular." While this is true, I think this criticism is a bit narrow-minded. That's like saying a dictionary sucks because it "defines all these other words that you'll never ever have to look up in your entire life." Part of the appeal of this book is that its information applies to everyone. If you want a book that only talks about you and your life, I'd suggest buying something else that only deals with your zodiac sign. The Secret Language of Destiny is meant more as a coffe-table book, something used to spark discussion between you and some friends. It's really fun to say to somebody, "Hey, here's what this book says about your destiny. Does any of this apply to your life?" Most of the time the karmic paths (which are base on birth date and year) are eerily accurate. I wouldn't say they're constantly dead-on, but I think that for most people there'll be enough similarities listed to at least get them thinking. A good pick-up if you get a kick out of seeing if the personalities of your friends match up with the personality profiles of their zodiac signs.
Rating: Summary: Very good, but best used as a coffee-table book Review: This book is amazingly accurate! I spent my twenties figuring out what I could have simply read in this book, were it only written sooner. Based on when you were born, you can read about what your life's challenges and main theme of learning will be. Why are we here? What is our purpose on this planet? If you already have any of the other books in the series, this is a must have too. If you don't, I'd recommend starting with "The Secret Language of Relationships" or "The Secret Language of Birthdays." A "must have" for anyone with even a casual interest in the subject of astrology, karma or spirituality; It is the ultimate sourcebook to help shed light on your destiny.
