If you are hoping to learn more about meditation than you are better off knowing what you already know rather than reading this book. The utter banality of it is bound to make your mind squirm as you read through mindless jargon every newager is privy to.

I'm not sure how this guy gets away with writing the same stuff over and over again under different titles.

It is very clear from reading the text that the author has no direct experience of higher states of meditational awareness. It's like someone writing a book on quantum physics without having any understanding of basic physics.

The whole thing is akin to the age old crookery which asks for your pennies giving nothing in return.

This book like many others by the author, trivializes ancient Vedic culture and civilization. Only a Westerner or Punjabi (Deepak Chopra !! ) could have done it. As long as masses in their kindergarten state fail to exercise their discrimination they are bound to get duped by these small time crooks.

Review: This is one of Frawley's best books. It introduces Vedantic meditation (the mother of all meditations) to the reader. It presents various aspects of the Vedic message and shows how it can help each one of us find our creative potential! Go and buy it!
