Summary: The Spinning Game
Review: A good story is what one wants in a book. This is an exciting read. "The Spinning Game" is wild, fast paced with a fascinating, suspenseful plot and larger than life characters. Larson shares a lot of "attitude" about the journey of life. You will especially love Rita, the grandmother, a true earth mother, who sees both the past and beyond as she guides those she loves. The shamanistic, spirit and dream sequences are somewhat reminiscent, but in today's language and era, of the spirit journeys in Isabelle Allende's first book. These sequences, though difficult at times to follow, are worth the effort. It will be interesting to see what happens to Lauren and Americo, the charged, often antagonistic duo, in Larson's promised next volumes.

Summary: Love, Sex , and Miracles
Review: I found the main plot line and the characters in Larson's book to be all engrossing -- A rousing adventure. I found the "out of body sequences" -- dreams, visions and so forth -- diverting, wanting to get on with the story. As a man this book gave me a new dimension and a broader perspective of the mind and spirit of women.

Summary: Red Hot Love Story
Review: I learned more in the first thirty pages of this book than I have in ten years of attending workshops and classes. Sunday's book is about true magic, the magic that permeates ordinary reality and in fact, is, ordinary reality. The words and the space between the words is charged with power, love and wisdom. What a ride!

As Lauren says," Not only do I not follow the rules, I never bought the book". She divines her own path, and she keeps spiraling home to Americo Rios her longtime love. Read this book if you want to be entertained, if you want your spirit uplifted, if you know a woman like Lauren, or if you want to live more thoroughly in the great spinning female life force of the universe.

Summary: For all Multiorgasmic, Brilliant, Joyous Power Mavens
Review: The modern day main character of this novel embodies the attributes of all historical seductresses. Lauren is fascinating, sexy and whole. A true inspiration for all of us women to reclaim our ancestral birthright of a liberated self with very deep Goddess roots. Lauren demands we ask ourselves whose rules for love and being in relationship are we following and why?
