It is very well written and easy to follow. Although not advertised as a "Self Help" book; it definitely falls in that category. Isha Schwaller De Lubicz displays her wealth of Egyptian knowledge by starting out with correlating the body system and organs impacting man's spiritual system. The stomach representing "The Opening of Way". The entire book focuses on the spiritual growth of the individual using the lessons of the ancient Egyptians. Its void of the religious rhetoric and concentrates only on the basic of the ancient Egyptian teachings. This is an excellent book for spiritual self examination. If you want a step by step on how to make a spiritual transformation using ancient Egyptian wisdom, this is the book to get. I am using it as my personal "Good news Book - Bible ". I have enjoyed it immensely and look forward to reading more of Isha Schwaller De Lubicz works.
