Rating: Summary: a wounderful book for beginers. Review: "100 Days..." provides a rare combination of unique practice; any more or less advanced student may find helpful tips, easy to learn but hard to discover; and - maybe the most important one - the books teaches us to be happy by our being with the Way since happiness is the natural state of human mind. I think that "100 Days..." is a must for all Qigong enthusiasts around the world, regardless of the style or background
Rating: Summary: 100 Days to Better Health, Good Sex & Long Life: A Guide to Review: '100 Days' will last a person 100 years. Full of valuable information, it will take much longer than 100 days to incorporate. A friend and I did the 100-day program and found this only long enough to skim the surface. Now on my second go-through of the program, I am taking a month to do each of Yudelove's weekly exercises. This book is a basic text for anyone interested in understanding and practicing qigong - or anyone who wants to know how energy influences the body, mind and health. Highly recommended.
Rating: Summary: More than meets the eye... Review: At first look this book might just seem like lots of Mantak Chia's books have been condensed into just one volume. That's not bad at all: despite all the material from Chia there has never been a good structured approach learning it by yourself. This book is *the* Guide to help you through the early training: the exercises are described well, the illustrations are better than in most of Chia's books and new things are gradually and methodologically introduced to the student. Sometimes I missed more detailed explanation on the theory (that's why I only gave 4 stars) but this book takes the practical approach: you learn by doing. But this book is more than just Chia's stuff: if you do the meditations described here and don't start fooling around with your own modifications, prepare for a (pleasant) surprise: this is not just a book on exercise, is is a start of a spiritual journey. Achieving the Golden Light by a balanced training of your Three Treasures (Essence, Qi and Spirit) is a small breakthrough in itself. Consider it as a Gift from Dao.
Rating: Summary: 100 Days to Better Health, Good Sex & Long Life: A Guide to Review: I am from Middle East and I say now that this book was total horrible. At first I thought it might be because my English is my second language, but after many careful reads I realize that this book was written by someone head in the sick! I have teacher over here and he look at it and he laughs this man just trying to make money and teach people all wrong about magic! What have to do with spirituality. None!

Rating: Summary: This is the book my therapist is helping me to repress Review: This might be agood book if you know exactly know what you are doing. Trying to do energy exercises week after week without any control from a teacher is just proposterous, and will get you into a mental institution. Some exercises are very advanced and might cause disfunction in your mental state and your sex life. So, i advise you to be careful.
