Rating: Summary: An excellent book by Harish Johari Review: Simply put, this is the only real book on swara yoga that is easy to follow and test out. While he appears to follow the short, direct style of the original "The Key to Correct Breathing" by A.S. Rangacharya, Harish Johari goes a bit further, especially in explaining how the chakras are tied to breathing, and more importantly, what we can do to ascertain which chakra or element is active at a given time by using very simple nostril breathing techniques. I've tested some of this out myself and it is true. He could have done a better job in the sub-chapter on "importance of the nostrils" where his style is confusing. I'm hoping he will write a more detailed sequel to this book...one that will have the Prana calendar!
