Review: This is about as in-your-face as it gets. Lots of Buddist and other basic life teachings are put into a "get off your ass and do it now" plan for realizing who you are, your purpose and passion in life and what you want for a eulogy when you die.

If you are in the frame of mind to change your life, this book won't help you do it, it will make you do it.

It changed mine. It took less than 4 hours to read. So, there's really no excuse.
