Summary: same metaphysical stuff fewer words
Review: What I like about this book is its brevity. It teaches the same things as the other metaphysical books, but with fewer words. Examples would be like the acronym F.E.A.R., false evidense appearing real; what you think about expands; staying positive and removing limiting beliefs by replacing them with a corresponding empowering belief. Example would be "I am a good speller" instead of "I am a bad speller." If you don't want to wade through thousands of words on metaphysical truths but would rather have the short, abridged version of metaphysical self help, then buy this. Also Maxwell Maltz's book called Psycho-Cybernetics which I think was published back in 1960 would be a good complement to this one.
