Kevin Quast, my Professor of New Testament at NABC, studied with one of the pre-eminent Johannine scholars Raymond Brown. This book has a cursory examination of major scholarly and theological issues while providing a clear and concise overview of the text. Some students and pastors may find this book too basic.
