Review: Richard Price is without a doubt one of the finest libertarian theorists of all time. The works in this excellent volume set forth a political philosophy of natural rights, distrust of power, and local self-government that is as timeless as it is profound. It is unfortunate that Price and his works are all but forgotten and ignored today, even among libertarians.
