Summary: FAMILY DRAMA IN THE OLD WEST
Review: Brazos Fortune's son, Todd, must distinguish himself in order to find his own identity. That's even harder to do when he settles down to the family business. I could relate to having to cope in the shadow of a strong personality. A well done story about a great family!

Summary: FAMILY DRAMA IN THE OLD WEST
Review: The lawlessness we saw through the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks make the message of Western novels even more pertinent. In Shadow of Legends, Stephen Bly has given us an entertaining yet challenging book which shows how a Christian answers evil. The book also provides messages on defining your own identity and finding contentment in your negative circumstances. Though his novel's setting was more than a hundred years ago, Bly has done a great job in communicating these timeless truths.
