Review: I love this book! Normally I don't read devotionals, preferring to spend my time studying the Bible in-depth. But my sister purchased this for me, knowing I'm a huge LCH fan. I can't praise this book enough. Every morning I look forward to reading the day's devotional, and often I end up reading three or four before I can put the book down. It's a terrific way to start the day out right--praising God, drawing into His presence, and having a good chuckle while I'm at it. Kudos to you, Liz, for writing such a lovely book.

Review: Liz Curtis Higgs speaks from the heart. She has been there, done that, and survived it all to write it down and relate to you! The book is divided into a daily devotional, about 2 easy to read pages for each day. Liz recommends only reading one devotional per day so that you do not get spiritual whiplash!
Liz writes on a practical spiritual level, she does not talk down to her readers or preach her beliefs in an over-bearing way.
I really recommend this book to anyone who is looking for that little extra lift, or to anyone who needs that constant reassurance that life, in general, is ok no matter how chaotic it is. Give this book one week and it will become part of your normal morning routine. Start each morning the right way!
It may change your attitude and maybe even your life!
