Summary: O ye of little faith!
Review: This book is for you if you're a friend of the German school of unbelief. Or if you're a fan of the Jesus seminar. According to these authors, Jesus wasn't sure of his role, the gospels weren't written by the Apostles, the church inserted words in Jesus's mouth, and so on. Taken to its logical conclusion, one would have to believe that Jesus was a raving lunatic and the "authors" of the false gospels were liars ranking alongside the the recent star of the New York Times. No thanks. I'd rather believe the accounts of those living within 100 years of these events, not this work from disbelieving scholars of the 20th century. Thankfully, I bought this book used!
