Here's a guy doing a dirty, thankless job for an inept institution that hardly seems to recognize there is even a problem, yet he doesn't get disheartened or bogged down in dogma. Though not a thriller, this book is a tremendous resouce for those seeking to understand the nature of evil and ways to address it.
