Review: Maybe it is only at certain times of our lives we are ready to deal with some strong truths and that time may be now for me, but I really wish this book had been around 20 years ago! Like the Isrealites marching around the mountain, I couldn't understand why I kept making the same mistakes! With the help of this book and prayer, I am hoping to finally leave the past behind---stop stuffing my emotions and have the life I've always dreamed of! Sound exaggerated for just a book? I've bought 6 copies for other people in my life, that's how much it affected me!
