Review: Amazing book. It amplifies the call to eternal peace, the "rest for our souls" we all desire. His style is used to make one hear the Scripture and fall at the feet of God for rest. The problem with the text from the first few days is it could lean, out of context, to perfectionism.

Andrew Murray simplifies the teachings of Jesus down into three words: "Abide in me." If a believer will simply strive to abide in Christ, all the other benefits will result. Joy overflowing, fruitful ministry, answered prayer, etc. This book is an all time classic with great depth and simplicity in its theology. Buy it and a copy for all your close friends. They don't write them like this anymore.

Review: This book makes plain to the Christian what Sunday school may have left out; that because of Christ's sacrifice we can live in G-d's presence. Mr.Murray brought to mind all the verses I've tended to forget about the great and holy gift that Jesus gave to us. That because of the Cross, the Creator of the Entire Universe actually lives in me! Abide in Christ is about G-d's word concerning His living inside of us, and how we live in His love. If you've ever been under the misconception that G-d is some far away figure, read this book and, through the Holy Spirit, it will change your life.
