Summary: beautiful in every sense of the word
Review: This story Bible is wonderful for kids, keeping the language simple and on a level that makes sense for its audience, but doesn't detract from the meaning of the stories themselves. The artwork by Gail Schoonmaker adds so much life to Dave Helm's words, and was so well thought-out and carefully undertaken, the artist even shows familial relationships between the characters. All in all, this is a wonderful picture Bible. And at less than $14 for 450 pages of such artistry, it's an awesome deal!
