Rating: Summary: Great Read, Great Message...You Can't Miss Review: From the time I picked this book up until I finished it a day later I enjoyed every minute. Andrea Boeshaar has done a marvelous job with her first women's fiction story. Some of you may know her from her many books published by Heartsong Presents. I know this is part of a three-book series where each book focuses on one of a trio of women who were friends in the late 60's or early 70's. This story traces the life of a girl named Allie from that time to the present and how she reconciles with old friends and others from her past. The message of this book focuses on God's unconditional love. Even when we fail Him, He is there waiting to take us into His arms. All we need to do is turn to Him once more. I can't wait to read Book 2 (Hidden Things). If it's half as good as this one I won't be disappointed.
Rating: Summary: A great read! Review: I had never read an Andrea Boeshaar book prior to this one and I have to say that she has brought me back to contemporary Christian novels. This book is well written, with a few exceptions(a lot of sauntering & smirking), and I was enticed to continue reading the other two books available in this series. This book will challenge your walk with Christ as the characters struggle with their lives past, present, and future.
Rating: Summary: Broken Things-- Outstanding Review: Outstanding! Broken Things is a wonderful story of how God uses people and situations from our past and present lives to bring us back to Him and to restore in His time and his way those tattered and torn relationships. I cannot wait for the next book in the series to be released.

Rating: Summary: Forgiveness isn't always easy... Review: The first book of a wonderful series. We meet a woman with a past full of hurt and causing hurts. How can she make up for all she has done? Especially to the man she still loves?
Jack wants nothing to do with the woman from his past who inflicted deep wounds in his heart. Nor with the God he thought loved him. But surrounded by a son in the ministry and the woman he led to the Lord, how can he keep his stand? And his heart?
Excellent book.
