Summary: A Must Read
Review: This is a book that you'll want to read again and again! It's a must have!
Sutter's Cross touches on all walks of life, Christian and non-Christian, rich and poor, real to life people with real to life situations. Dale shows how God can and does work through anyone who will allow Him.
Though this book is fiction it is written in such a way that when you finish you will be wondering how to find out what happened to these people after the ending.
This book draws you in and makes you feel as if you are living in Sutter's Cross. You want to laugh, cry and hug someone that is hurting. You'll want to go to Joshua's knee to feel closer to God in your own way. Sometimes you want to jump up and say 'Orde don't you know what the Bible says about that!'
I have already purchased this book for myself and friends. I guarentee you will LOVE it too!!
Good Christian fiction is so hard to find. Dale is a master writer in this area. I look forward to more W. Dale Cramer books in the stores.

Summary: AN AWESOME BOOK!!
Review: What a great book Sutter's Cross is! It started off a bit slow, but then it picked up to a point where you couldn't put it down. It takes you through the whole emotional spectrum and I haven't stopped thinking about the book since I finished it a few days ago. It's a book that draws you closer to the Lord -- this book is a definite keeper!

Summary: Entertaining slice of life
Review: Written with unusual style and grace, this novel introduces the reader to the town of Sutter's Cross. Each character is realistic and vivid. These are the kind of folk that capture your heart and make you care about them. I feel like I've met these people before! Even Orde reminds me of people I grew up with.

Each character is treated with respect and gentleness as the story builds to a climax as dramatic as any in real life. Dale doesn't shy away from the horrors of reality. He faces issues like cancer, greed, and prejudice with a refreshing honesty, touching the pain with the tenderness of the Almighty.

This book touched me right where I live. I expect it will touch each reader's heart in a different way. Don't miss this delightful read. There just aren't enough books like this in the world!
