Review: This book is an easy read that will get you to expand your thinking about this quiet group of people. I was a youth worker in a church and this book helped me get the older people of the church involved and excited by helping me relate their generation to my generation. I have spoken at seniors groups with this being the basis and they greatly appreciated the author's insights. This book really helped the younger leaders connect to the older people. It has great ideas in it. I have highly recommended this book to many that I work with from other churches. It was well worth the very valuable time that I have to read and study this book.
