Summary: Something different for adults and children
Review: This book is a must for Pagan families or any family who is looking for a more earth centered focus. I was introduced to this book through my Women's Full Moon circles ( which is mostly adults and babies). I liked it so much that I got a copy for myself and I dont even have kids yet! This book is a great resource for adults, especially beginners. There are so many "Wicca and Pagan 101" books out there that all say the same thing and are written in the same format. This book is written without telling you what you should do, how exactly to set it up, and so on and so forth. Its made for real people who are looking to enrich their lives and who are capable of making their own decisions, creatively. On the other hand this book does a great job of defining itself. For various subjects ( ex calling the quarters, creating sacred space) it defines what the intention is for this practice. Not just a step by step direction on how to do it their way. Pagan children, adults, and groups can all benefit from thoughtful ideas, experienced suggestions, well formed intentions, and answers to important life questions. This book is written the way we live life ( including Rites of Passage ideas) not like a how-to manual. Enjoy!

Summary: essential resource
Review: This book is hands down, the best resource for raising Pagan children! Much of the text is meant to be read to a child and really gets on her/his level in explaining ideas and concepts in Nature Spirituality. Included are recipes, craft ideas, and stories for eight Pagan holidays. There is also a lot of helpful information in this book for dealing with criticism and discrimination.

Summary: A must have for wiccan families with children
Review: This book puts everything into an easy understanding for children. I absolutely love it, and so does my daughter and niece! It makes story telling fun, and helps them understand what this world is about. The recipes and crafts are fun for kids, and it really helps to explain the Sabbats to them, as well as all other aspects of the Craft. I HIGHLY recommend this book to all that are teaching their children the Olde Ways!!

Summary: The perfect reference book for pagan/wiccan parenting
Review: This is a complete reference book for parents who would like to raise their children in the Goddess tradition. This book discusses the importance of both the Goddess and the God. It includes great stories, crafts, altar suggestion and recipes that are Wheel oriented. Also included are activities for the very young to those who are expanding to adulthood. This is a MUST buy.

Summary: Couldn't be any better than this!
Review: This is as good as it gets, when dealing with Pagans who have childeren or starting to have them. This book deals with love and relationship not only with the Goddess, but, with "family" as a whole. Its very well detailed and the stories , songs, and crafts are really fun to do. If you are Pagan, have childeren..make this your "starter" book first. Highly recommend..well worth the time and the money.

Summary: best Pagan source book ever!
Review: This wonderful collection of stories, songs, games, craft projects, recipes and wisdom is intended as a sourcebook for Pagan parents, a role it fulfills admirably. It is also the single best source of guidance and creative inspiration for Pagans that I have come across in twenty-five years of searching.
