Rating: Summary: Great Gift for a teenager you love Review: This book has just about every question you can image asking yourself. I am 20 now and I got this book maybe 4 years ago. I filled up every line and space. It would make a great gift for a teenager, but would probably be more appreciated by the teenage girl in your life. Very helpful for bad days...good days...dream jotting. Well worth the money!

Rating: Summary: I viewed the entire documentation of the novel. Review: This book was a real help in my life. It gave a view of how I should feel and that many people fell similar to that. It made me find my hidden confidence and made me find who I am really inside. It was a great part of my life and I congradulate the authors for writing the books. I boosted my popularity standpoint. It was a wonderful experience to read it and I will never forget it. P.S I particularly enjoyed the stories from Jennifer Love Hewitt and Bill Cosby. P.P.S- I am not your above average academic nerd(no offense Bill Gates) just your average human being with no academic attributes(yuk!!!) with a few big vocab words.
Rating: Summary: great book for us teens Review: This is something great that I think all teens should invest in. I am a thirteen year old 8th grader who enjoyed this book very much. This book truly had you writing down your thoughts nonstop. I think this book should be put on the bestsellers list. If that was done, I'm sure many more teenagers would think of buying this book. Once they read it, I think they would want to give it a review like I am giving it right now. I love this book and I would recommend it to any teen who wants a book that relates to them.
Rating: Summary: Finally, a journal that understands teenagers Review: This journal is so great. I have been looking for something like this for a long long time. But all I could find was books with an empty notebook inside. I love this because it gives you questions for you to fill in, because sometimes, teens are to embarrased to even write stuff like this without someone or something asking them to. This is a great idea. I give a ton of credits to the creators of this! Thank you.
Rating: Summary: Feelings, Thoughts and Dreams! Review: This journal makes a fantastic gift for any teenager. It encourages teens to express their emotions (anger, fear, hurt and joy), dreams and and goals. The book covers many topics and provides plenty of writing space for teens to honestly express their feelings about the people closest to them. Perhaps the one disadvantage of the book is that it did not come in the same format as a diary with "a little lock and key." Teenagers, like adults, need their privacy in recording their deepest inner thoughts and feelings. The journal might have encouraged teens to express themselves more honestly and openly if they felt their was a small measure of security that "no one could peak." We all know that self-expression is excellent therapy for the soul, and I would highly recommend this book for your teenage daughter or son.

It's a great tool to facilitate building high self-esteemand focus on achieving positive goals. I highly recommend this also for pre-teens who are eager to become teenagers. This book will give a great advantage to those youth serious about a successful future. The exercises and inspiration in this book will help motivate youth and adults alike.
