Summary: Craig Winn wrote a book on Islam?!
Review: Right. To be honest, I have not read this book and do not plan to. My only interest is that it is somewhat curious that Craig Winn has transformed himself from a "netrepreneur" who built a marginal catalogue company cum "revolutionary" dot-com into a Muslim scholar?! Both the May 1, 2000 Business Week and David Kuo's "Dot Bomb" make it painfully obvious that the demise of Winn's Value America was a direct result of his deluded sense of place in the world combined with a profound inability of managing anything larger than a lemonade stand. Maybe I am a bit harsh, but these are not the sorts of qualities that I would expect a "fairandbalansed", objective view of Islam to flow out of (much less anything that could be considered even remotely readable). Don't drink the kool-aid, folks.

Summary: This story could so easily come to pass.
Review: Easily one of the most frightening books I've ever read.
The story is simple, the details are of things that could easily be, or are already. The facts are fundamental. The authors take us on a journey of discovery. This is actually a textbook interlaced with an adventure story, and a love story. An in depth study of Islam is tedious and the parts of the story about this are interspaced to make it easier to digest. The conversations are believable if you consider that people doing what these people are doing would likely spend many days hashing these things out. The authors have cut out the boring parts, and woven the facts into the lives of some very likeable characters. Read it all, no matter what your belief. (Ignore the parts about Christianity and it changes nothing about Islam! Actually I had hoped that the early Christian Church would be explored as well.)
By the end of the book you will be rooting for them.
I found it a very good read. I too have heard a still small voice at a couple of crucial points in my life, and it has made all the difference.

Summary: I'd give it 10^10000 stars if I could
Review: This brilliantly conceived tome hails to us from the magnificent edifice known to us, the top 1 percent of the brilliantly puerile and superlatively credulous population thought to be indigenous to these great United States as the eminently authoritative ecumenical school of thought, the same illustrious assemblage of fine intellectuals who are striving so valiantly to bring the risible and magnificent palaver called creationism into our unsatisfactory biology curriculum which at the moment provides our children with all but secularist lies, lies which would be deemed heretical in a truly christian nation. Such lies are also often propagated by our extreme left wing media (exemplary of this are fox news, cnn etc. bastions of left wing distortion they certainly are) whom try with all their might to distort the truth regarding many subjects, not the least of which ,for those who tend to utilize litotes, is islam, the most disgustingly flagitious religion on our earth. The authors uncover the criminal aspects of this faith by interviewing its most devout followers over a cup of tea (the only drink allowed in islam): moslem terrorists (and though it is a work of fiction, it is quite accurate in its characterization of these devout followers of islam). After all,it is clear that they more than any other arabs/moslems who believe in this rapidly growing faith know the most about it. It is a well known law of reason that those who most strongly believe in the creed of their choosing know the most about it. As such, the devout terrorists are the best image of islam the world has to offer. The salience of this is that islam IS a wicked religion contrary to what all those faithless leftist rapscallions attempt to beguile us into believing with all their vapid wawa. This is THE book to read if you fear and/or loathe islam but don't know enough about it to tell people why. It will strengthen your christian faith and, in so doing turn you into an even more fideist visionary than you ever were before. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, BUY SEVERAL COPIES GIVE THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. If you've been looking for a book to buy for the purpose of teaching your children about islam, you've found it.

Summary: Pro-Christian Bias
Review: I agree with the authors that Islam is a dangerous religion, but,
then again, so is Christianity - which these authors push. So this
kind of nulifies the credibility of their presentation.

It doesn't take long to spot the bias, in fact on page 1 we read
"Terrorists, most of them sons of Ishmael, all of them Islamic...".
The story of Abraham, Israel & Ishmael is just that, a Hebrew story
in the Bible and not necessarily historical fact. In fact many
objective scholars dismiss it as myth. Furthermore, calling someone
a 'son of Ishmael' is a "put-down" as the Bible speaks with opprobrium
regarding that name.

"Can't we just all get along ?"

Summary: Must read but difficult to discern
Review: I found this book a difficult read only because he weaves fact and fiction so much I don't know where one starts and the other leaves off. Every human must read this book however because it contains lots of good facts on the history of Muhammed and why Muslim adherants can and do become violent toward the U.S., Christians and Jews.
I was moved by the book and challenged to speak out on the subject. However because it doesn't contain a bibliography I cannot check out or use many of the thousands of facts presented. I have been researching on my own since 9-11 and have found the facts presented in this book are accurate concerning Muhammed's violent history.
I would challenge the author to use many more references and a bibliography so those of us who believe Islam to be a cheap immitation of a true relationship with God can more quickly find those ready answers to those who can and do challenge these facts.

Summary: Chilling revelations in a novel/ficitional format.
Review: Great read! The authors have researched historical facts of the Jewish, Christians, and Islamic faiths in a very informative manner. They have blended a believable story, with familiar characters, in a time period that we can all relate to. Powerfull, moving, highly informative, but chilling. Friends and associates of mine have shared similar opinions about the perversion of Mohammed and the Muslim faith. Can western civilization really afford to be so tolerant of a religion whose doctrine is one of; hatred, prejudice, total subjugation of women, deciet and whose ultimate goal is the extermination of all others?
This book has given me cause to review my faith, re-study the bible and begin a serious study of the Qur'an.
The destruction that 9/11 wreaked on America is only the tip of the iceberg, as this novel points out, and the majority of Islam prays for our total annilation. I have to wonder...do those of us who are not muslim ever stop to think how threatening it is to be referred to as a infidels? Probaly not!

Summary: A must read.
Review: While I wouldn't say the book is Shakespeare, it has a very important message, and I thank Winn and Power for writing it.

An Egyptian cardiologist friend of mine, who is a very devout Moslem and a very good fellow gave me a Qu'ran to read. Well, I used it to check up on the quotes from the so-called "Holy Book" that are in Tea with Terrorists, and they all check out; I am very frightened by Islam. This book woke me up about what is happening, and renewed my Christian faith, which I have ignored through most of my life.

If you can stand to challenge your belief system, you must read this.

Summary: Clear, nonbiased, entertaining book on Islam terrorism
Review: ...This clear view is a major attractive point of the book - no political word mungling, status quo defending, etc. Funny thing though, authors show that Allah is not even a GOD, Jews and Christian god. Allah is a stone idle, a moon god "living" in Kaaba stone in Mecca. Another note from the book, Mohammed's father and grand dad were idol Allah keepers in Mecca before Moh time.

Briefly, Islam is a major, highly infectious brain disease infecting millions more people every year :).
The original source of infection is Hadith (life of Moh..) and Qu'ran (a boring full of nonsense book, compiled after Moh's death). Moh was illiterate (as in can not read) former camel driver (i personally don't see anything wrong with this noble profession) all his life. He mixed everything he stole from Jews and Christians in one highly confusing mind food, spriced it with some idiotic commendments and voi'la, a recipe for world disaster. He or somebody else added five new tenets to muslim life: Jihad, five prayers toward Mecca a day, capital punishment for any attempt to "exit" Islam, etc.. and the result is highly explosive mind infection.

I...paid full price and found its worth every penny spent.

Summary: Helped Firm Original Thoughts
Review: Tea with Terrorists is a very good way to inform the public about the relationship between current terrorism and Islam. I learned of this book while listening to Coast To Coast AM. Mr Winn was profoundly stating my thoughts on the matter of Islamic terror - so I bought the book. After reading the book, I'm now researching further into the subject using Winn's references to the Qu'ran and haddiths. I recommend this book to thinking people and not simpletons.

Summary: AS IMPORTANT AS ATLAS SHRUGGED
Review: THIS BOOK CONFIRMS WHAT I HAD FOUND OUT ON MY OWN AND LEFT ME WITH SOME DEGREE OF HOPE SHOULD BE READ BY ALL MUSLUMS .GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO RETURN TO A LIFE BEYOND THE CULTURE OF DEATH THAT IS ISLAM
