Summary: Wouldn't speak for others but didn't work-out for me
Review: ...On the search, I bought this book from amazon.com and the Personal Transformation tape set, which the same author peddles, from elsewhere. I then went about doing the exercises and practices dilligently for about five months, as well as the inconvenient video-meditations! One day, on the brink, I asked myself, 'Is my material situation any better than it was a few months ago?' The answer was emphatically "no", I was falling behind with even basic bills, getting more and more scared to open my mail and avoiding the telephone. Within two weeks of returning to an alternative (Roman & Packers' ''Creating Money''-to name it) my finacial situation is reversing, as well as experiencing other subtle, sychronistic (sic) favorable experiences. I don't know or can't speak about the experiences of the others with high praises for this man's material but compared to alot of helpful spiritual materials/programs/books that make up my arsenal, I think that this one lends itself too much towards superstition.

Summary: Finally, a practical guide!
Review: A potent little gem of a book! Nowhere else can you find these powerful, practical techniques. One could read many tomes and muli-volume works on the subject of Hindu spiritiuality and mysticism and never find the information contained in Sri Siva's book. I have been interested in spiritual pursuits for many years and have found most books to be endlessly long and steeped in dogma and philosophical doctrines. However, Sri Siva offers practical, down-to-earth advice. Stop reading endlessly long books that don't deliver- get this book now and change your life now! Can be read in one sitting! A great stocking stuffer!

Summary: Could it all REALLY be this EASY ??? YES !!!
Review: Ever wish you could FINALLY find that EASY, NO SWEAT solution to getting rid of those daily struggles and suffering we go through? Could it really be possible that the solution REALLY IS as simple as "The ONE MINUTE GUIDE to Prosperity and Enlightenment" says? The answer from my personal experience is YA, YA, YA!!! If you follow Sri Siva's FUN and VERY, VERY SIMPLE techniques you will be able to wipe out the negativity in your life and have FUN while you do it!
The only thing you had better prepare yourself for is how to handle all the BEAUTIFUL, INCREDIBLE IMPROVEMENTS in your life. They really ARE happening to you, all you will have to do is TRUST and DO THE EASY, SIMPLE Practices. Commit to them, what do you have to lose, it only takes a MINUTE?
Make a BET with YOUR doubting , negative self that most of us only know too welll (I know I certainly had this within myself), then do the practices for ONE MONTH - EVERY DAY - COMMIT TO IT and then YOU be the judge.
It will only take you ONE MINUTE AT A TIME! YOU WILL NOT be disappointed!!!

Summary: What a sham...
Review: I also agree with the last two negative reviews. And I find it curious that there are more than a dozen 5-star reviews within such a short time period. Especially so many on one day, which is highly unusual. I bought this because I read about Sri Siva in Wayne Dyer's book, Manifesting Your Destiny, but now I question Mr. Dyer's objective in recommending his techniques. Yes, I did try the (free) techniques highly recommended by Sri Siva; no, they didn't work; and yes, I was turned off by the "hand-over-your-money-to-get-rich" persuasion attempt. This didn't work for me either. One positive note: I did like Sri Siva's idea that the time has come for money to change hands from those who obtain and use it corruptly, to those who will put it to more spiritual, positive use.

Summary: Rip-Off!!!
Review: I completely agree with the review from Boca Raton, Florida, on 15Aug03. Look elsewhere if you're interested in reading genuine spiritual literature. The author seems to be obsessed with money and materialism, as evidenced on page 45 when he says to say out loud several times each day, "I must, must, must have it!" Any author immediately looses credibility with me when he says that you should purchase something from him, and Sri Sivi does this on page 28 when he wants you to buy Shiva-Shakti mala beads from his Web site. Another thing that really bothers me is in Chapter 14 (entitled "Numbers to Change Your Destiny") when he ends this chapter by saying, "Pray to the numbers." I refuse! I'll pray to God or my Higher Self, but never to a bunch of silly numbers!! Don't buy this book!!!!!

Summary: A pithy, down-to-earth guide by an enlightened siddha master
Review: I like this book because it is short, and very nearly every page has something immediately useful on it. The cover has a beautiful rendering of one of my favorite yantras, and several full page pictures of Sri Siva are included in the book ranging in costume from an Indian yogi in robes to a GQ suit in Greenwich, CT. I like that the techniques are useful for anyone regardless of their spiritual background or current income level. I have visited some of Sri Siva's charity projects in India and can personally vouch for how cleanly they are run and how effective they are being in truly helping needy people. Sri Siva has a genuine interest to help put more money into the hands of spiritually oriented people and to see them become more active in the world, and if that speaks to you, this book is a very inexpensive investment for you to experiment with.

Summary: Keep it Simple
Review: I live in New York City and I don't have time to put on my underwear let alone read an exhaustingly long spiritual book. Don't get me wrong, I consider myself a "spiritual" person and I meditate everyday but books just aren't my thing. So when Sri Siva came out with this tiny little book jam-packed with basically everything you need to know to get on the track to prosperity AND Enlightenment, I didn't miss it.
Do you want quick daily tips on how to get your mind out of a rut? Or a meditation technique that literally takes ONE MINUTE? If so, be sure to read this book. Oh and buy an extra one for a friend... believe me when I say this... you'll definitely want to give a few away.

Summary: Road to Prosperity
Review: I?ve been using the techniques in this book to focus on getting out of debt. I?m happy to say that I am making great progress. Sri Siva?s techniques for prosperity and enlightenment really work! I?ve been so happy with the techniques that I?ve been telling my friends to get this book. I?ve seen changes not only in my life but also, in other people who have read this book. Sri Siva teaches not only the power of positive thought but also how to empower yourself to change your thoughts, which is VERY liberating. It is truly amazing what positive thought can do.

Summary: What a difference One Minute makes!
Review: My financial situation has turned around, my spirits have lifted, and I once again feel excited about meditation! I have been a practicing meditator for about 10 years. Until now there has been a desperate struggle between my busy schedule and the time it takes to do a full meditation. The idea of a one minute meditation certainly fit into my schedule. When I started the one minute meditation I couldn't believe the power that rests inside this technique! I highly recommend this book whether you consider yourself a beginning or advanced meditator. I think it's hard to see cause and effect, but

I now have a job after being unemployed for 8 months.
