Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This book made the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark believable
Review: Remember when they just wheeled the ark into a secure storage site never to be seen again? This is a book that should be on the front pages of every newspaper, TV and radio program. There is no more significant story, as the implications for our political, moral and historical life schema are affected. The ring of truth and matter of fact way it is presented should be honored as well.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: definitely worth reading
Review: It does not matter to me whether I totally believe what Corso writes, or if I reserve some question concerning his motivation and timing. It still is a book which should be read and considered.

Anyone who says it is totally laughable is laughably running eyes-closed down a dead end evolutionary branch.

read it ... file it away ... and keep your eyes and ears open.

Summary: Finally - A man with real courage to step forward
Review: This book sets the stage for many others to step forward in the "UFO" coverup of the century. The technology left behind and then slipped into the hands of some of todays wiz-bang companies by this incident speaks for itself. Ask yourself a question - how far has technology progressed since man walked on the moon? Computers on your desk - mini disks (CD's) for mass storage - laser pens. This book proves that we have "things" today because of items left from yesterday. Ladies and Gentlemen, we are not alone. Thank you Mr. Corso.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Highly recomment for open mined people.
Review: I think there is some truth to this book. However, Col. Corso probably dosn't know the whole story either. My comment to skeptics- why build starwars technology ($$$) when Russian submarines could easily take out coastal cities w/out putting missles in space? Think hard. Read the Book.

Summary: Everyone Should Be Talking About This Book
Review: I just do not understand why everyone in the entire world is not talking about this book, because it is probably the most important book ever written. Instead, I still see people wasting their time with Whitewater. If it's coverups you want, let's open the lid on the biggest cover-up in history. Corso has done exactly that with his book. He now verifies practically everything that was suspected about Roswell. The silence may be golden, but its also maddening. Everyone must read this book.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Unbelievable
Review: Philip Corso's book puts you in some kind of a dilemma. Is this to be believed or not? The explanations he gives about Roswell are very convincing, yet ... However, if Corso is telling the truth about the Roswell incident, the Government coverup and what ever happened after that, it really makes you wonder how many other lies and coverups there are out there. This book is for sure a must read for everyone interested in the Roswell incident.

Summary: The Government Coverup of Roswell EXPOSED!
Review: This book is a great read. Also it is great to finnally hear the truth. Buy this book

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Like the Air Force, Corso may have a hidden agenda
Review: I must give this book a high rating for the importance of the subject and the cohesiveness of its disclosures. However, Corso reveals a lifelong fear and hatred of communist regimes; and while his attitude is warranted, I kept asking myself whether he might be tempted to array the supportable facts in such a way as to build public support for continued huge military expenditures. I have been unconvinced by the UFO-debunking material I read in Carl Sagan's book The Demon-Haunted World and in "Skeptic" magazine. I would like to hear from the "defense" against Corso's specific allegations.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: I wish that this 2 could be a 10.
Review: My brother wrote me a rave review of Corso's book. Wanting to start reading it immediately, I ran to the local bookstore and paid list price. By the second chapter, everytime I turned a page I expected to see "SUCKER" as the only word on the next page.

Obfuscation, smoke and mirrors would be my kindest description of this book. Let me ask one question (of many). Why did they transport debris from the Roswell UFO via air (page 23), but ship via truck the alien body which Corso saw at Fort Riley? This body was enroute to Wright Field, Ohio (page29). I think if I found an alien body, I would handle it as a high-priority shipment.

For all you fellow UFO lovers out there, let me recommend "UFO's -A Scientific Debate" edited by Carl Sagan and Thornton Page. This book has credibility and challenges the findings of Project Blue Book and the Condon Report.

Summary: Must be read in conjunction with other research
Review: It appears to me that Philip Corso thinks now is the time for the human race to be informed. The scope of what he writes about is so vast, however, that he can only provide evidence that he has had available to him. A skeptic might say, "Where's the evidence?" Philip Corso has put forth such compelling testimony that it behooves Joe and Jane Citizen to investigate these claims further. How does one do this? Skeptics have asked, "Where are the other witnesses?" Other aging eye-witnesses are coming forward! One of them is Command Sergeant Major Robert O. ("Bob") Dean. There are others. A few web sites for anyone interested in finding out more about him are: http://users1.ee.net/pmason/greatest_story.html, http://www.anw.com/RK/Bob_Dean.htm, and http://www.rtd.com/~stargate/stargate.htm. These sites are offered for anyone interested in the investigation of our reality. In order to come to an understanding of the ET phenomenon, one must read widely and put the pieces together for oneself. It is not a simple task, as sifting the credible from the incredible is not easy. As for myself, however, I believe Corso and Dean are credible
