Summary: light but strong
Review: a rather light-hearted work about inspiration that manages with such a delicate touch to upset some extremely close-minded, hard-headed bigots. Imagine "Touched By An Angel" evoking a riot and you'll have the picture.For that reason and its easily digestible, heart-warming language, I'll give it high marks!

Summary: Excellent and Enlightening!
Review: As a new fan of Sylvia's work, I have to admit I bought this book because of the meditation CD it comes with. The CD is wonderful and has brought me to discover who my Spirit Guide is. I am excited and in awe of getting to know her better. A must have if you are into challenings your spritual beliefs and learning about life.

Summary: I did get responses from my guide!
Review: At first, I was a bit of a skeptic about doing the meditation from the cd that came with the book. After listening to the first part of the cd, and reading the book in one day, I was ready to light some candles and get into some serious meditation hoping to contact my guide. Nothing clearly magical happened to me when I was visiting the other side during my meditation, because I thought I was imagining things and not able to embrace what was coming through to me.
Anyways, the first session, I still didn't see my guide clearly, and I had no idea what his her name was. I just knew he/she was there. When I was in the room where the floor and curtains were supposed to be very pink, I couldn't see a lot of vivid pink. It was blurred. So I guessed I have yet to repete the process many more times. So far I have done the meditation several times. The night after my first session, I actually heard very loud popping noise. It was 4am, and I was wide awaken by the popping noise that was obviously not made by anyone banging things. It was like it came out of nowhere, so I was freaked out at first. Then I realized that's what Sylvia said in her book about some of the ways a guide can show us that they are with us. That very moment, I said to the air, assuming my guide was listening,"Ok, I realized you have just made the popping noise, and I do acknowledge that you are here, but please don't make those noise again."
I didn't get much clarity in my second medition, but I think I was getting a better visual on my third try. Hopefully in few more sessions, I will be able to see my guide and hear his/her voice clearly. So that I can ask some questions and get some answers. I also think that maybe my guide still worry that I am afraid of him/her, and that I am not ready to receive full contact.
The book is very easy and a quick read, it's not as deep and intricate as Past Lives, Future Healings which I also bought, but I am not ready to do a regression yet. If you are curious and a believer, than it's worth giving this book a try, but don't do it just for fun.

Summary: Contacting your spirit guide
Review: I am just ordering this book, but I have most of her books and tapes. I have seen her in person 2 times. I have wrote to her with questions and the answers she gave me came true. To me she is the greatest. She has helped me through some very hard times in the last 2 years.

Summary: Just like the rest of her books
Review: I am very disapointed in this book. Basically it is a review of stuff she already talks about or goes over in Life on the other side. I read the whole book in under half an hour and the whole time I kept saying to myself " I already read this in her other book". I didn't play the cd, don't think I even care to at this point. I think she should just sell last chapter in this book with the cd, because all other chapters are review.

Summary: Sylvia keeps turning out good work
Review: I have read all of Sylvia's works, she does not let up or cut corners. This is truly an entertaining author, but if truth could be understood as reality in application of her teachings that would be the benefit of this book. After reading this and making the step to contact, I have no doubts there are in fact guides. This is one of the most enlightening books I've had the pleasure to really get into and study as well. Be prepared to make a huge step if you decide to follow through with Sylvia's instructions. I strongly suggest reading Karl Maddox to further understand how to contact your "Guardian" and guide.

Summary: Following directions&Paying attention
Review: I have read everthing Sylvia Browne has written and found the CD included in this book to be extremly helpful.It is imposible to meditate while you read,so the CD was an excellent tool. Even thought the book is short it holds the key to open the door to meeting a very special sprit that is yours alone.I have meet my guide,Marcia,by folloing along with the CD and it was an experience that I can only compare with the birth of my childern.I know that anyone who wants to do it can.You must let yourself be clear in your mind and open to the experience.I promise it is worth the effort.Sylvia has made it easy and very possible and I thank her for it.Give it a try and you will not be disappointed!

Summary: Just what the doctor ordered!
Review: I have to say that I had been hearing about spirit guides for some time now and was intrigued by the idea. When I stumbled on to this book/cd combo, it seemed so simplistic and exactly what I was looking for. (It is certainly cheaper than visiting some so-called psychic or a reading from Sylvia herself!) The fact that it had a CD included was GREAT (always hate it when people give you meditations or mental exercises that you can't fully concentrate on because you have to READ THEM!!!).
This is a simple, non-intimidating way for any curious reader to experiment and take a chance. I do have to admit, I was more interested in the CD than the book but the book provides good peripheral information. The most valuable part of this package is the guided imagery. While I cannot say that everyone who uses this will have the same experience that I did, I do think it is a worthwhile investment. At the end of the day, I had to ask myself, `What am I really losing? What could I really be gaining?' Well worth the risk for me!

Summary: Why so short?
Review: I love Sylvias' books they are so great and enlightening, but this one did not cover as much as I thought it would I think it kinda made our sprit guides look like they are standing around just mummbling "what are they doing?" I think the book for me was missing that little crack for me to get in and touch my guide so I now must start racking my brain and try to figure it out for myself cause the book didn't really help me.
I still enjoyed the very short read though.

Summary: READ ME!!!
Review: I thought this book would be better.. It was very short, the type setting was VERY large. Each chapter was probaly about 1 pages worth for writting.. And the last chapter was a read along with the CD. The only thing I would say that was good about this book was the CD that came along with it.
