Summary: Unbelievable, But every Birthday I checked was right.
Review: Having an interest in astrology and the way like signs have personality traits that are similiar, I picked a few birthdates of my friends as well as myself. Keeping in mind my friends think astrology is just for fun and can no way be accurate, they were astounded at the accurate descriptions found in this book. For about a year now, I called one of my closest female friends a "heartbreaker" for she is very attractive and many men have been affected by her. She was born on September 28th "the day of the heartbreakers" is the subtitle of this page. I couldn't believe how accurate this section described my friend and asked her to read it immediately. She was also astounded. My own birthdate also accurately portrayed my personality I highly recommend this book if you have an interest in personology.

There's lots more, including the fact they can be swept away by their emotions for one person. Hmmmm.... Authors Gary Goldenschneider and Joost Elffers delve into astrological and mystical teachings -- including numerology and Tarot card readings -- to profile the personality characteristics of those born on every single day of the year. Each birthday has its own two-page spread chock full of fascinating facts. And, there's a list of famous (and infamous) people born on that day. Do you share a birthday with your favorite movie star? A notorious criminal? You can cross reference to other sections of the book that detail the astrological influences at play on a particular date. This is a nice, thick coffee table book, amply illustrated, that will provide fun and fascinating reading. And, yes, it would make a great birthday gift!

Summary: It hit it on the head, and then missed, but then it hit...
Review: I found the accuracy of this book to be as expected when it comes to astrology. It's over the 50% mark for explaining the personalities of my friends and family; it isn't amazing. A few of the people I looked up were nothing like the description, but these were the exceptions. If there were some reference to rising signs then this book would be a keeper, otherwise, I suggest that you just get it at your library and photocopy all of the dates that are of interest. This book is for people who are unmotivated to look up every planet and house of the people they want to know about.

Summary: Skeptical? You won't be for long! Astonishing!
Review: Read this book; it's astounding! Each day literally describes the qualities of the person born on it, famous or not. It's amazing how every time I reference this book to read up on a friend, family member, or acquaintance when I discover their birthdate, I find that their description REALLY SEEMS like it was written ABOUT THEM! It never fails. Did the authors KNOW my friends?! "Personology" is yet another system I use for determining traits and other aspects of people. This book is yet another reason I'm an astrologer. Take my one friend, a September 26 person. I read her description and lo and behold, it was like a biography of her! This is no coincidence! She's a coffee-a-holic, right? So the books says: "September 26 people are particularly prone to overindulging in caffiene." The girl is caffeine-obsessed. It's unreal. She's asked to pick words to describe herself, and one of them is "persistent." Guess which word the book uses to describe September 26 people?! And not just that. It goes on and on about their work habits, their senses of humor, their other characteristics. I'm sitting there laughing in disbelief and saying "Oh my god!" because I can't believe how dead-on accurate the book is! Then there's my September 29 teacher, right? You WOULDN'T believe what I read about HIM! Only the EXACT same thing I said when I was sitting there analyzing his personality for no reason at all, just because I'm an analytic person. It's completely insane. Read this book, it's fun, it's helpful, it's extraordinary! (And a bit scary, especially if you don't believe.) ^_~

Summary: Great Astrology Birthday Book
Review: I have never heard of such a book as this until about 5 years ago when a friend of mine told me about it, took me to the bookstore on our lunchbreak and had me reading it. I loved it so much my daughter bought it for me for Christmas that year. What extensive research must have gone through to put this great book together. It has matched people I know that I've read about to the tee except for 1, but for everyone else it matches even my youngest daughter who was just 10 years old at the time. Co-workers ask me to bring it in to work when they want to read about themself or friends. Friends come over my place and when they meet someone new and know their birthday they are interested in knowing alittle more about that person and comparing that person to what this books says. It's a great conversation piece to have around when someone new comes around and reading what the books says about them really trips them out, not to mention famous people born on the same exact day as you to compare yourself to. I love knowing a person strengths and weaknesses too. I really love this book!!!

Summary: This is my favorite book - so right on!
Review: I absolutely love this book. I've had it for at least 6 years now and I still refer to it often. I love that it uses not only astrology, but also numerology, tarot and famous personalities in history. I read my profile and was amazed how right on it was for me and most of my friends and family members. It helped me realize why I do some of the things I do. It's amazing!

Summary: AN EXCEPTIONALLY FUN & INFORMATIVE GUIDE.
Review: This "coffee table" is certainly destined to become one of the most popular of that type ever written! Friends who visit our home are uncannily drawn to it like a magnet: dozens of people I know have literally spent hours on end savouing their gifts, character traits, seeking the guidance and wisdom offered here. We would guess the accuracy rate is VERY high among friends and collegues: about 95%! It was a rather surprising balm to my ego that I was born on the DAY OF CONFIDENCE! (5 December). If readers wish to delve deeper into the synchronicity (or incompatibility) of various relationships, we would heartily recommend THE SECRET LANGUAGE OF RELATIONSHIPS: an AWESOME revelation on that subject with an uncanny (sometimes disburbing and eerie in its accuracy) insight into ANY relationship combo. Our friend Linda was totally flabbergasted one night, lept from the sofa and looked at us in astonishment "Wow!" "How DO they do that?"

Review: I'm 14 years old and i really like reading about astrology even though i don't really believe in it.My cousin lent me this book and i was really shocked on how unbelievably accurate it is. It also helped me understand my friends and my family. It really made me think and helped me change into a more understanding person. This one is a must to buy.
