Summary: Shocking, Horrifying, Controversial, and Convincing.
Review: David Icke's book is very well written and fully sourced. He tears apart the official story of 9/11 piece by piece. He exposes contradictory "facts," major discrepancies, clues of prior knowledge, and actions unbecoming of people who are "taken by surprise." Once you read it, you'll may never be able to put the "humpty-dumpty" of lies back together again.

Summary: i love this book- Does that make me a terrorist?
Review: This book makes me very upset/scared. If the author david Icke is only 20% percent right- boy are the people in the u.s. in trouble. this guy actually did his research. fact after fact after nausea/vomiting-inducing fact. many people give this book a low review for the wrong reason- they fear that they will be seen as an anti-american/patriot. i see myself as an american- i felt the pain when those planes killed our fellow citizens. but look at the well-researched facts. check our "president's" history. check his nazi past. read the book"the grand chessboard" that fully explains america's interest in the middle east- this book was published years before 9-11. the facts on norad alone makes the reader upset.

Summary: Well-Documented and Compelling!
Review: I've never been much of a conspiracy theory supporter, but this book opened my eyes to several issues regarding 9-11 that I hadn't really noticed before. This is a very controversial subject and the author does a great job of presenting evidence that our government may have known about the attacks in advance, or maybe even had a role in them. If you have an open mind and follow the book through to its conclusion, you will at least have another perspective on the current "War on Terrorism." The book is extensively footnoted and many of the author's conclusions are hard to believe, but plausible.

Summary: Important book
Review: Icke is a bit longwinded at times, and very far out at other times, but he knows his research, and this book has a lot of very, very important facts about the 9/11 disaster. How for instance do you explain that the world's most expensive "defense" system never manage to get a jet on the wings and intercept a hijacked airliner that is 45 minutes about reaching its target? How do you explain that the invulnerable Black Box of the planes is destroyed, but a passport belonging to a hijacker is found in the street? Etc etc ad infinitum. There is no refuting it, the whole thing stinks to high heaven.

Summary: Well done!
Review: We all remember what we were doing when we found out about the tragic events of 911. In this way, it was similar to the assassination of JFK. Icke argues herein that there was another similarity between these two black days in American history, that both tragedies were, in fact, the result of plots hatched by the power elite to gain greater control over the common people. The case made is convincing. Icke's writing style is engaging. This is a book you may have trouble putting down, once you have started it. Throughout the book, Icke alludes to his overall theory of the state of our world. Then the final chapter provides an overview of this startling theory. While some may have trouble embracing this theory, the rest of the book is extraordinarily worthwhile in its careful exposition of the mountain of lies surrounding the official story of 911. Pick it up and give it a read.

Summary: consciousness for the masses
Review: i've actually read this, unlike our Canadian reader who posted a previous heartfelt review. I've read other Icke Books too. Same old stuff, you know, One World Fascist Govt. Global Control over consciousness of humanity, MicroCHPS population and general Tyrannical rule in order to feed on Negative Human Emotions. We are manipulated and controlled (Manufacturing Consent, if you like) by our Culture, the Media, TransNational Corporations and Each Other into accepting that the events we see unfold in our real life, have simple rational explanations such as "Bin Laden did it". It appears that we don't ask anything deeper than "who is the Corporate Sponsor of this film daddy?", and then kick back and watch some really expensive Explosions. And just like Hollywood, we get the Good Guys going and kickin' the backsides of those who planned Evil Outrage from their caves in the arse-ends of Eurasia. David Icke covers this, albeit in a different way from i just did, and it's All Very Interesting. And True. I am able to make up my own mind, thanks to Vancouver boy for his earlier review anyway though. We keep forgetting that bit where they pack the courtroom and the Real Bad Guy is exposed. We'll just eat our popcorn watching Events Unfold. There is no Revelation, it's just Lizards. Icke doesn't mention them much in this book - check out The Biggest Secret for that. You'll think you've read John Carpenter's Autobiography, either that or "The Trial Of Henry Kissinger". I quite liked this Alice In Wonderland book though, likesay, catboy. theanaloguecollective

Summary: One of the Best Works I've Read Yet!!
Review: This was truly a work of art! I enjoyed this book thoroughly as I absolutely love to read books about government conspiracy. This book really filled in some of the missing links in my research. Hats off to David Icke, I do appreciate all of his efforts!

Summary: Conspiracy Cover-up
Review: David Icke's book seems to be intended to hide the very truth on the 9/11 events, which is the implementation by the U.S. administration of the same chaos strategy that Hitler implemented on the 27 February 1933 with the Reichstag Fire.
David Icke is a well-known disinformer and nobody knows whom he is really working for. He spreads our conspiracy theories that do not correspond to the unofficial versions uncovered by talented and independent writers. Instead, he makes fool of them as if he were working for the U.S. government trying to cover-up the leaks and discard some intellectuals as conspiracy idiots.
As for the September 11 attacks, the version who is disturbing Bush's administration (his first book was censored for a long time) is Thierry Meyssan's "911: The Big Lie".
This book explains very clearly what happened. A contribution to its writing was secretly given by Hubert Marty-Vrayance who was commissary at the central direction of the RG, the French intelligence services.
You will thus understand clearly why Jacques Chirac so strongly opposed to the war in Irak. I therefore strongly recommend these two books instead:

Review: david icke, the best conspiracy researcher does it again with his incredible breakdown of the outlandish lies and deception that have plagued us for so long. he gives the reasons why 9/11 happened, who was really responsible, and how we can stop them. he also destroys the official story and shows the many contradictions and inaccuracies that followed the 9/11 tragedy. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK to those who are seeking the truth and who aren't satisfied with the fairy tales our government has told us. we will win this they can't stop truth and love from coming together it's inevitable.

PRESS RELEASE Vancouver, BC, Canada -- At approximately 1:37 pm today, British
anti-semitic conspiracy theorist and author David Icke was pied during a
press conference/book-signing at the Granville Book Company bookstore. Amongst other things, ex-soccer goalie and sportscaster David Icke is
known for proclaiming himself the Son-of-God during a 1991 BBC interview.
Since that time he has published three books, detailing an intricate and ever-evolving World Conspiracy. As well as claiming that the world is run
by shape-shifting reptilian bloodlines, (possibly from Mars), Icke uses
historical right-wing anti-semitic theories like The Protocols of the
Elders of Zion. He has also praised the research of British Holocaust
denier David Irving. Today's book-signing/press conference was interrupted when three
protestors, two dressed as lizards, one with an alien hand puppet, entered
the store and proceeded to ridicule Icke. While being heckled for his
anti-semitic views by the alien hand puppet, Icke was suddenly creamed by
two lemon-meringue pies. The two pies were thrown by agents of a local
pie-brigade, the Meringue Marauders. While the pie-tossers fled, the
lizards and hand-puppet were aggressively confronted by Ickes Followers, a
combination of pot-addled new-age flakes, right-wing militia supporters,
and other confused individuals. While Icke consistently tries to silence criticism of his paranoid ramblings by labeling any opposition as an attack on free speech, his
Followers chose to shout down, assault, and briefly detain the lizards and
hand puppet. All escaped unscathed, leaving a cream covered mess of
bigotry and nuttiness behind. David Icke is an arrogant windbag who uses scapegoating, hate and neo-nazi
materials to promote his confused, fringe-fascist world view. The Meringue
Marauders felt it was time to pop his balloon. The pies were selected for
