Summary: Interesting but poorly written
Review: This book has some of the most facinating ideas/theories/hypotheses. It combines a lot of things. Please make sure that you also look at the reviews that do not advocate this book or its content. I enjoyed reading the book, however I was very disappointed the way it's written. It feels as if there was very little editing or proof-reading was done and that it was transcribed directly from the lectures given by Drunvalo. At times my eyes popped and mouth gasped wide open, and other times I went, "What the hell is he talking about?" With tremendous effort, I could let go of the way the content is presented and focus on the content itself. With that said, there are a lot of negative points to the book and I would love to go on forever, but the following should summarize them:
1) Eventhough Drunvalo has formal education in Physics and Math (or at least that's what he claims), he fails to present scientific content in scientific way. Most of the references are incomplete or inadequate.
2) At times, Drunvalo is self-contradictory. For an example, in a chapter he talks about the inter-dimensional beings called, 'the Grays', helping us to fix the Christ Consciousness grid (which is going to save us during the magnetic pole shifts) and then in the next chapter he talks about a Peruvian woman lifting a ship from the great pyramid to get rid of these beings ('the Grays') as if they are a threat to us. There are a lot of other examples such as this.
3) Most of the content gives off a feeling of being slapped in from everywhere without any coherent flow.
4) Drunvalo always mentions, "somebody found this", "they discovered it", "we now know..." without any direct reference to a specific individual or a group.
5) It becomes really hard to even agree with some of the other ideas, like "Sacred Geometry" after observing the above flaws.
6) All along you get the idea that this great divine and sacred knowledge is supposed to be non-esoteric and available to everyone! and yet Drunvalo occasionally mentions, "Melchizedek order", "Melchizedek knowledge", "the brotherhood", and it leaves you with an absurd feeling of cult-like philosophy. And because of this, the book fails to be tangible.
I hope this review was insightful and I hope you somehow read the book nonethless. It's very interesting. However in the end, I just like to point out that this so called, "Divine knowledge" and the help from, "the ascended masters", is not free to all humanity and it's gonna cost you some money (Drunvalo's "Sky-Earth" and other workshops cost $333 per person). Is it a wonderful business strategy combined with apperently scientific and bogus spritual gibberish? I don't know - You decide!

Summary: A landmark work
Review: Truly a landmark work. I have experienced the power of the Merkaba ( see ... ) and now am a Merkaba practitioner and teacher myself. In a few months I moved from side-effects of AIDS to near-remission thanks to the Merkaba meditation. Drunvalo is a sincere loving person who works and lives from the heart. The section in this book on the Children of AIDS alone and how some have changed their DNA is worth the price of the book. Some skeptics may scoff that some things asserted in this book "haven't been proved." However, until one lives from the heart and proves these things in the heart one is yet to experience the power of the Golden Flower of Life.

Summary: This book changed my life forever!
Review: While driving someone I'd just met home, I was discussing what was going on in my life at the time. She said it sounded like I needed to read "The Ancient Secrets of the Flower of Life." (The ancient what? What about flowers? ?????) When we arrived at this woman's home, she invited me in to take a look at the book, because for the life of me, I knew I would never remember the name of it. All I know is that when I picked it up, I had a very strong, even overwhelming sensation of what I can only describe as familiarity. In the context of this review I can't explain the feeling I was having any better than that, but based on that feeling, I knew I really had to go out and find it right away. If you haven't taken a math class in years, as was my case, the sacred geometry part was occasionally challenging, but I certainly saw no harm in stimulating the ol'left brain again, either! But it was fascinating, too, to learn about the logarythmic perfection of our world, seemingly ordinary flowers, but I was fascinated especially by the perfection of the proportions of the human body! (And he definitely credits DaVinci's genius.) Yes, much of what he talks about, especially our beginnings as human beings, can be seen as "out there!" because it goes against the grain of everything we have learned about ourselves through modern science. I'll admit my eyes were open just about as wide as they can go when I was reading this stuff. But I kept going, because by now, in my forties, I have finally learned to trust my own instincts, and I kept going because of how this book literally resonated in my hand the first time I looked at it. How often has it been the case where you learn something in school which is later disproven, yet at the time you were expected to engrave it in stone? If you think about it, there's a great deal of information we have learned which we were expected to just accept at face value, so who's to say this information is wrong just because it seems so strange to our minds? All I'm saying is that there's a great deal of benefit to open-mindedness, in all areas of existence. I went to one of Drunvalo's seminars about a month after this experience, and I found him to be one of the most genuine, uplifting people I have ever met. AT NO TIME did he try to compromise anyone's free will, or try to violate the integrity of anyone's belief system(s). As a matter of fact, HE STRESSED HOW IMPORTANT IT WAS THAT WE FIND OUR OWN TRUTH. He's not a guru, he's a teacher, and while much of his teaching was completely new to me and required a great deal of processing and "digestion" if you will, it ultimately felt right.
