Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: The Biggest Secret Review: I read this book and found that it explains everything that I'd always been told no one would ever know the answer to. Whenever we asked those older and wiser things like "why are there wars?", and "why do so many people live in misery?" we were always answered with phrases like "that's just the way it is" or "there will always be war". The material David Icke presents shows that "the way it is" is quite different than we've been conditioned to believe. I had been well prepared psychologically for this book by my connections to the teachings of Gurdjieff and Drunvalo Melchizedek. People who have swallowed the porridge that gets fed to the mainstream population by the Illuminati controlled media will find it hard to shift their thought patterns into reverse quick enough to swallow a lot of this. If they can open their minds enough to begin to question what they have been programmed with an amazing picture will begin to unfold and they will never look at life in the same way again. The TRUTH in this reality is that everything is exactly the opposite of what it appears to be. If you really want to wake up it's imperative that every single one of your most cherished illusions be dismantled. Icke does a fantastic job showing us how we've allowed ourselves to be manipulated by the proponents of The New World Order; the medical establishment, the educational institutions, organized religion, and the government leaders are all entwined and in cahoots. The people we trust to turn things around and make everything better, the politicians, the religious leaders, the doctors, and the cultural icons are in reality perpetrators of crimes so heinous ALL of them, if the truth were known, would be sentenced to life in prison or death. The truth is SO shocking it seems like a lie. The fact that George Bush senior is a pedophile who snorts heroin, pops ecstasy, and gets off on being a serial killer is such an outrageous concept...but, did you ever wonder why it is that something about him makes your skin crawl? Did you ever look into his beady little eyes? Does anyone know about the Skull and Bones Society? Did they teach us in History class anything about who financed Hitler? Have you ever wondered why "The War on Drugs" never gets anywhere or why The Mafia is something that is exempt from all the laws that normal people have to answer to? David Icke is an easy target for linear, left-brained, pseudo-intellectuals who have over-programmed, academic minds. It's unfortunate that because of this many people will automatically write him off. All I can say is READ THIS BOOK! If you teach history make "The Biggest Secret" an adjunct to your regular text on American History. When you're done reading "The Biggest Secret", go buy "And the Truth Shall Set You Free". Everyone needs to know what this man is talking about. The sooner we all wake up out of our stupor the sooner things will change. I applaud David Icke not just for being the one to take the heat for bringing this information to the surface but also for how CLEARLY he backs up everything he says.
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: Satan Lives! Review: Has Icke finally lost it? Is he lost in his own conspiratorial maze? He spends a good portion of the book attacking Christianity and declaring that the whole new testament was written by a couple of Roman hucksters. Jesus was just a myth. Then he spends the rest of the book supporting every Biblical claim for the existence and influence of the master reptilian himself, Satan. The supposedly false New Testament clearly indicates that Satan and his buddies have created and control every aspect of this world system. Icke calls them inter-dimensional reptilians that posess and control the minds of the elite through lust and greed. What's so special about that? The bible has been saying that for thousands of years. The real Christians understand that these things are going on, we also know that the church institutions of the last 2000 years have nothing to do with Jesus or his teachings but are in reality controlled by Satan and are as Icke says, "Prison Religions." So I agree with Icke that the Reptilians exist but I disagree that they inspired the new testament. Jesus said that, "a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand." The Bible alerts us to darkness if "we" read it, rather than trusting the institutions version of it. The way of Christ is Love, Mercy and Self-sacrifice. I find it hard to understand what Icke has against this? Ickes view is that we are God and that the reptilians have deceived us into thinking we are only finite humans. Once we realise our eternal infinite nature then we will be free. This sounds strangely familiar, "And ye shall be as gods, knowing good from evil." Isn't this how the mess began? Icke better do more homework. I think the reptilians are using him too. Will his book change the world as the title says? I think Jesus beat him to it.

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: THE BIGGEST SECRET Review: I am still in the process of reading this incredible book. I was sceptical at first. I am a journalist and a documentary filmmaker, therefore objectivity and credibility are very important to me and my name. However, I must say I am getting convinced. As a youth I too was fascinated by Denicken's : Chariots of The Gods. I have travelled making films to 55 countries. You can view a few of them under www.itv.net as JOURNEY TO THE HEART OF THE WORLD under portfolio, feb. 2000 or THE SPIRIT in December 97. Now I would like to make a film with Icke because he is on to something huge. There is so much truth here and even if the Reptilian part may seem much the fact is that the ruling elite are Reptiles, even though it may be in a different sense as portreyed fully in the book. When I see one, I'll be only pacified as my intuition is heading that way.

I enjoy and learn from a great number of "conspiracy" and other reality oddities writers, John Keel and Charles Fort being foremost among them, but, really! Icke claims to gain much of his information from some being he Channels, (not on TV) in a trance. All I can say, is if that is true, he's not only a purveyor of muck, but a victim of an all-time "Let's pull a fast one on Charlie." I suppose no one ever told Icke that the spirits have a weird sense of humour. Anyway, his work tends to get in some real information but it's so mixed with off the wall nonesense it becomes all but useless. I suppose one can say that Icke has his uses: can you say "DISINFORMATION"?

At that time I'd have given it 2 - maybe 3 stars. It was too "out there". I could see enough info I'd already learned from research to not dismiss it - but the ideas were ones I did not want to own. It would have been easier to think it wasn't true. Reptilians? Come on!But over this year, I've investigated everything from ancient texts to modern news. (The ancient, buried texts are the most revealing.) I've put a million miles in on my cyber journey to study this. I now have two shelves full of notebooks with printed matter. I've spent 10 times the cost of this book in paper and ink and many, many late nights reading. All that time, all that work, all that reading has brought me to the undeniable conclusion that this book is overwhelmingly true. Terribly true. I only wish we could get the rest of the thinking world to read it. Only armed with knowlege can we change it. Get the book. Act on it. Finding out the real truth is one of the few hopes we have. Only then can we know the RIGHT direction to save ourselves.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: THE BIGGEST SECRET tells the truth until it hurts!!! Review: I realized fairly early on that one should never use one's own limitations to guage the realm of possabilities. When I might come on to something that was beyond my awareness at that time, rather than to dismiss it out of hand I'd lay it aside and more often than not I'd discover later that not only was it acceptable data, but by then was too elemental to bother with. Thus does one expand one's awareness, or severely limit it, which is after all one's choice. People of little awareness are often quick to discard something their puny awareness cannot accept, which stays puny for that very reason. I'm about to order my third copy of The Biggest Secret to send to a friend. To those who lamely attempt to ridicule the work, I offer my love and best wishes for their survival of all those coming tribulations they would rather not even try to understand.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Grand Field Theory of Omnidimensional Kundalini Paranoia Review: Wow. Gee. Mr. Icke is, I believe, a good guy w/a loving soul and a bursting head chakra. The upshot of this for the gentle reader is (IMHO) the most amazing trip around through documented, undocumented, well-supported, tissue-thin, possibly true, patently false, fascinatingly speculative, intricately intertwined, and--above all--jaw-droppingly candid and creative conspiracy theories. I would note, also, that there's a good bit in here to offend a lot of folks (particularly if you're american, or affiliated with anybody in any government or any institution with any power anywhere). Personally, I found this a fascinating read--but then, I really like Ed Wood movies, too. But, David, David, David...get out of your head, man.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Accuracy of the possible future Review: This book is right on track with current world events. What do you mean you have not seen Messrs. Gore & Bush shape shift? When is the last time you watch the nightly news? For those of you stuck in a mental mind trap, writing nonsense such as many of the negative reviewers, get out your prozac hand cuffs and don't come crying when the government has taken 100% of your freedom away. It simple goes to show how ignorant the general public is, and how easily controlled they are, since they have let these select few tax the public through inflation and crashing the market to steal our wealth. They simply do not get it and Mr. Icke is simply trying to get this message - that it does not have to be this way - out there to the dis believing Mr. J Q Public. JFK JR did not die by accident nor all the others, if your overly imprisioned brain cannot see the forest for the trees, try cyanide, it works faster that the other drugs you are on!
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: What a disappointment! Embarassingly bad. Review: It seems to me that D. Icke is trying to start a franchise. This book is downright bad. His research (unlike "the truth shall set you free") is minimal. He dedicates over two chapters to Babylon and Phoenicia, from which he then derives most of his later conclusions. However, both chapters are WRONG. In fact, "purposely inaccurate" is more like it. At times, he quite deliberately mixes and matches words and place names to confuse the reader and create false impressions to support unsupportable theories. I think that this book was simply written because the public expected one. I have personally lost all respect towards mr Icke.
