Summary: like a big hug
Review: A spiritual book not a religious one. it encourages one to think for "one-self", not to accept what others tell you.i found all of the three books to be enlightening and empowering, knowledge is power. may we use our power wisely and with love.

Summary: everything you need for life
Review: This book as well as its two other volumes is everything you need to traverse the life we all live. It answers every question from the pure mundane to the soul screaming unanswerable. Even though you may not believe in these answers, the book gives you a reassurance that there is something more to life than just work and cell phones. But most importantly, this book lets you reorganize your mind set so you look upon everything you encounter in life with a relaxed and comfortable mind. It lets you see things in a larger perspective and finally understand that you are very special as a small piece of life in a greater awsome good that is our universe. Anyone who needs help in life or is generally feeling down on themselves should definetly pick up this book and its other volumes. Only a few pages read will change your attitude.

Summary: This book deeply touched my soul
Review: I am not a religious person, so I was very very skeptical about reading this book, because the title Conversations With GOD made me think it would be a religious book. for days I kept by passing it, finally one day I opened it and it truly touched my soul, everything in this book felt right to me, it answered questions I had about myself, others, and the universe. It opened my mind, I was hooked. No matter what your beliefs are this is the book for ALL mankind, no matter race or religion, I thank GOD (myself) and Donald Walsh for creating this book for all, I highly recommend Books 1,2&3 but you MUST read book 1 first. spead the word about it to a friend!!

Summary: Walsch and God distill & expand on essence of life.
Review: With his insightful questions, Walsch and God illuminate the essence of life in the physical realm, and distill the truths buried within most of the worlds faiths. It makes so much sense, is so beautifully clear and simple, the veracity of the discourse shines.

Summary: WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE
Review: I am recommending this book to everyone. It gave me a completley different perspective on God's larger plan with all of us. The most important thing to me is not if Mr. Walsch had an actual conversation with God, although I do feel that many things discussed in the book sounded more Godly and made more sense than than much of what my religion has presented to me.

When Jesus does return to the physical earth, there will more Christians doubters that it is actually him than believers, so that fact that Mr. Walsch has his critics and naysayers means very little to me. God is everything, so to say it is not possible that Mr. Walsch had these conversations would be closed minded.

There certainly were ideas presented that people will disagree with, however, I will challenge anyone who actually feels that the world would not be a more loving, joyous, and peaceful place if we all lived by the philosophies and teachings presented. I would further challenge anyone that feels that living the ideal life presented by "God" in all three of the Conversations with God books, would lead you to anywhere but Heaven, whether it be here on earth or in the afterlife. That's what it most important.

Summary: Simplicity and truth
Review: The fact that so many "christians" appear to think this book is inspired by the devil (see some of the posts) should be a symbol of the books worth. These are simple reminders of the nature of Being. I am reading his first book and I do find at times the statements are too simple or vague: but there are those that stand out and slap me into what is worthy and what is good.

This guy is not a prophet nor is he a gurur. He is a guy who penned some thoughts. If you are into heavy philosophy then this is not the book for you. If you are a Dogmatic Christian who believes a book must have the biblical stamp of approval then this book is not for you either. But if you want a book you can pick up for occasional inspiration because you want to be a better person then I highly recommend it.
