Summary: A profound eye-opener to our inner soul
Review: Rarely comes a book that makes such an impact on the way you look at things, forcing you to search your soul and reexamine your points of view. This book deals a lot with relationships and gives wonderful insight as to why they often don't work, and what can be done to change that. I feel that since I read this book my personal growth has accelerated and expanded a lot. thank God for this gift of a book, it is simply inspiring.

Summary: The choice is Yours
Review: I felt extremely refreshed to find such wisdom in his writings. Having read Book1 I discovered that a majority of the questions asked and in turn the answers were a true reflection of the downfall of the human race at the moment. Faith seems to be a thing of the past. We only need to take a look at children of this day (specifically in the Western World) to realise how much further from God the world is moving. Whether readers believe that this powerful piece of writing is in fact direct from God or from a man who has found wisdom in moments of inspiration it really does not matter as the answers found therein are truly practical means in which Man/woman can get to know his/herself. Why do people find it so hard to believe that we are capable of much greatness and nothing is out of our depth in so far as we do it in the name of love? The most powerful feeling man/woman can experience.

I thank God and Neale Walsch for imparting to us such wisdom. And to be honest if people stopped picking at who this piece of writing came from and decided to apply themselves they would truly find happiness. I have often found it very difficult to believe that God could be the type of god most institutions would have us believe. A God that puts us on this earth with restrictions but claims to have given us free will as well as creating us in his image (does not really follow). Can God be full of contradictions as these institutions would have us believe?

Finally if the choices made by individuals were truly made for their highest self then it does follow that nothing but good could come from it. Preconcieved ideas and and Man's/Woman's reactions to them are usually what hinders mans progress. We constantly make judgments that don't come from our own experiences, this too can be said about any reproaches made about CWG as those who reproach have not allowed themselves to experience the wisdom and guidance therein. The choice is yours..........

Summary: This book is a lifebouy in the stormy sea of daily life.
Review: In addition to the spiritual comfort this book has helped me find, it has helped me answer some tough questions my children ask. It has been a tremendous help in guiding them into young adulthood understanding what "free will" really means. They have had no problem understanding that for there to be anything that we call good, there must be the opposite, evil, for us to understand and appreciate the good. And that it is up to them to make the choices that will fill their lives with joy. I tell them that life is a full buffet (not just a box of chocolates) and on this buffet, for their choosing, is not only delicious and nourishing food, but garbage, poison, industrial waste, neon colored goo, etc. etc. How will they fill their plates?? They have responded well to this analogy.

Summary: CWG brings spirituality down to earth.
Review: In a simple, common sense way, CWG has made the complex subject of spirituality accessible to the masses. We have all been blessed by these truly remarkable books.

Summary: Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find.
Review: I was at a point in my life where I was about to tell God to go to Hell! He had revealed himself to me and then deserted me (or so I thought). I told my brother how I felt and he gave me a copy of CWG. It has changed my life, and my love of God has returned.

One of the great things about the bible, is that it is the worlds most versatile tool. It can be used by anyone to justify anything!

Sometimes though, you read things in it which you just can't shake, because the falseness of it all rocks your soul, and it hurts, because all your ministers and teachers tell you things which sound authoritative, but in the end your soul knows the real truth, if you would only hear it.

I know that CWG is the real-deal. How do I know it? Because I have lived it. I have experienced first hand God in my life, and I have performed miracles through and with God.

The truths in this book are self-evident to those who come to the book with an open mind. Read it if you are such a person. If your eyes are closed, dont bother, save your money and give it to the poor, it will do more good that way.

"Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you."

More than this my understanding and love of Christ has come back.

"For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them."

Open your hearts, come to God like a child, cast off everything that you have been taught and listen to your soul crying out for truth.

Peace and love to you all.

Summary: Heartwarming and enlightening!
Review: This book showed me that someone else "conversed" with the same God I have always believed in. Not a vengeful, angry God, but a Father and a friend.

I was skeptical at first, but when Walsch asked, "How do I know it is you and not my imagination?" and God responded, "What would be the difference?", I was ready to open my mind and take from the book what I could. I implore readers not to make any judgements about the credibility of the book, one way or the other, until they have read the whole thing. Keep an open mind and you will get much more from the experience.

The bottom line is, this book taught me that I could have conversations with God. It taught me to listen to that voice inside my head that always chooses right instead of wrong. The voice that encourages me and never doubts me.

I have much greater faith as a result of this book. It reminded me that God is with me every second of every day. When I have a problem, I open my heart and he is there with an answer. EVERY TIME.

Summary: catchy title but no substance
Review: just felt that the author was spouting his own personal philosophy, and was out to make money off a nice sounding book. I much prefer "Emmanuel's Book" as a book which chronicles how God would answer some real-life questions about the challenges of being human.

Summary: This book started me on an introspective journey
Review: It's interesting to see the number of negative comments here. Since I fully believe in freedom, they are entitled to their opinions. But I do hope that before automatically denouncing this book as satanic, anti-Christian, New Age, factually incorrect, etc they consider that this book has help many people, including myself start an inner re-examination that was previously halted by other forms of religion which has brough us more satisfaction than previously reliazed. I know that was a run-on sentence, but I am a little irked that people who have been essentially brain-washed into other forms of religion without stepping back and examining what exactly they believe in call people seeking a different direction all sorts of derogatory names. In the end, if you read all 3 books, you understand that yes, this is one man's interpretation. Any sane individual would not accept a written book as the one true word of God. Like the Bible, Koran, etc, this is again, an interpretation of man. Finding true inner peace requires that one examine himself and deciding what is best for them. Not the verbatim written word. And that is how I took this book. I found that many of the ideas expressed inside were so close to my own gut feelings that it was shocking. I do take it with a grain of salt. But, then again, I did the same with the Bible.

Summary: It gets even better!
Review: I found this trilogy easier to read and much more fun than the other one which has made a big impression on my life. I advise my friends to read all three Conversations in sequence, as I think that the "message" gets clearer as we go along. OK, not as "pure" as A Course In Miracles, but at least I can read more of this at a time! (I'm still reading ACIM!)

Both books have helped me tremendously. Blessings to you all, Paul.

Summary: Conversations With Who?
Review: After reading this book I found myself angered at the thought of people accepting these pack of lies as being truthful. The Bible teaches us that God is a loving caring God and that Christ died on the cross for our sins. Moses was given the Ten Commandments on Mt. Sinai. That God created an angelical being and named him Lucifer, who later rebelled against God and was cast out of Heaven and become known as Satan...The prince of the air. The one who deceives the whole world and mixes lies with truths. The Bible refers to this being as pure evil...the one who corrupts the minds of those who do not understand THE TRUTH. And yet the author of this book wants you to believe that Satan does not "exist" because God told him so in his conversations with God. Now the way I see it, the author would have all those who have read his book believe the Bible is not the authentic word of God and God has answered his questions correctly. I suggest people had better check their reality meters and begin reading the Bible to understand the TRUTH about THESE questions!
