Rating: Summary: Satanic Garbage Review: What it has to say about Christ Jesus proves that there was demonology behind this book. Those who follow this, walking away from the Truth of Jesus Christ, have placed their souls in jeapardy.
Rating: Summary: Inspiring, thought provoking, challenging, essential. Review: It is a good thing that Jesus didn't write down his own conversations with God. He would likely have gotten similar resistance to Walsh from those who need distance and separation from God to be able to experience God. To each, their own. All paths are open to the soul to reach the Soul. Jesus, and all other spiritual Masters, have told us this. Walsh confirms the message. I always suspected that God communicated with contemporary speech!
Rating: Summary: Seeking advice Review: A devout Christian friend of mine told me that this book is basically "Christian Scientology". I'm still learning when it comes to all this stuff - can someone clear this up for me? Thanks
Rating: Summary: What has Satan been trying to prove since day 1? Review: Hmmm.... What has Satan been trying to do since day 1? Have you ever heard that saying,"The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he doesn't exist." What's the first thing Neale Donald Walsch says that God tells him? Satan, Hell, and sin DO NOT EXIST!?!? What should this automatically tell you? Then Walsch goes on to say that God says Jesus was not perfect!?!? Do I need to spell it out for you? I should hope not... Satan, Hell, and sin do exist and this book proves it. Satan would love for us to believe that we can get to heaven by our own power (as Walsch tells us God recently informed him) and that Christianity is over-rated. There is but one way to heaven and it most assuredly is not by your own merit. (If you can imagine) Only believeing in the Lord Jesus Christ as the only-begotten son of God, who lived a perfect life in the eyes of God and so presents our ONLY REASON for salvation. Woe to whoever follows this book and it's "teachings." Don't you think God would have told us 2000 years ago that this was the way to heaven if it truly was the way? Wake up! Satan thought he could become God and usurp His power as Ruler of Heaven and Earth, and this book goes so far as to say we are gods. Also, this book disclaims the need for repentance, because sin doesn't exist. What has been taught for 2000 years running now that the only way to Heaven is?
Rating: Summary: CWG--AN AMAZING GRACE Review: The CWG trilogy has had such an impact on my life that the word miraculous comes to mind...I'm by no means a religious person, but now I know what grace truly is...I find it every day in the pages of this remarkable dialogue...
Rating: Summary: Life-changing material Review: This book changed my whole life. I had a chance to read it in my early 20s and since then nothing in my life has been the same. I question everything and leave myself open to higher understanding of "complex" issues. I find I am learning to think simply and less complicated. It's making life a lot easier and fun to live.
Rating: Summary: Until I write my book ... this one is the best so far! Review: To date this is the best spiritual book I have ever read and if Neale was truly blessed to have these conversations then so be it... No one in history who claimed to have had these conversations was ever received warmly. Jesus was called a blasphamer and a fraud. Only on his death (aside from his disciples and family) did he get the recognition that followed. Every time God supposedly spoke through someone or something people immediately were ready to condemn and crucify the messenger or simply called them crazy. There is absolutely nothing bad, evil or Satanic in Coversations with God. We choose, to exercise the gift God gave us all (Free Will) to decide where we want to go with it. Since creation... we have been told this and told that and told that God said it ... God didn't say it... Now God is saying through Walsch, this is how it is! Perhaps in years to come something else will be recognized and interpreted as God's word. Who can say that God does not speak to us? Or to whom he speaks? If I could give this book more then 5 stars I surely would!
Rating: Summary: CWG life changing book Review: Before I read the CWG books, my life lacked direction and purpose...Since reading them, I have found an inner peace & love in my heart which wasn't there before...Mostly, I feel grateful to God for reaching out to us like this...Even before we asked, God had answered...
Rating: Summary: Can I just say WOW!!!! Review: This is the God I have always heard within my heart -- not the one who feels jealousy, hate, and anger, and takes revenge..... such traits are every bit as human as me, and very UNgod-like....I have always known that there most definitely IS something greater than the physical existence we experience in our daily lives..... For those of you who agree with me and have an open mind, please read these books..... You won't agree with everything, but you will definitely come away with an expanded mind.... These books are, if nothing else, very provocative -- the reviews prove that..... For those of you who think I'm a dupe? *cheshire-cat-smile*
Rating: Summary: Amazing improvement Review: I was really impressed by this book, which surpasses the author's first effort by far! But then again, there are 2000 years between the two works, so the author had ample opportunity to muse a bit longer on some subjects. Also, his writing has become much clearer, so that hopefully this work will not cause as many misunderstandings as the previous one, which over the centuries, cost several million lives when people felt the urge to convince their neighbours about its validity. Chances are, the distribution of this book (e.g. via amazon.com) will be a lot more peaceful, in accordance with its content.
