Summary: Good Yoga book for beginners to advanced
Review: This is a good book for anyone interested in beginning a yoga programme that is challenging yet will get you going as a beginner. I have been practising Bikram yoga for 15 years and it has kept me fit and flexible now that I am 31. However the routine of Bikram Yoga is my only complaint. I get a little bored doing the same poses in the same way. But the challenge is to try to continue to perfect the poses when boredom sets in. 15 years later the asanas are still challenging to me.And it is very good for people who suffer lower back pain or any spinal creaks whatsoever. Good Book and Good routine.

Summary: Excellent photos and detailed information
Review: This is a great book. It is easy yoga for the beginner and challanges the advanced as well the routines are simple and each pose builds on the other till you have worked every muscle, joint and nerve. I believe this is adaptable to anyones current level of fitness and will go hand in hand with cross training as well. I have had the opportunity to attend a yoga studio recently and the instructor is trained in the same program. Try it you'll never be sorry.

Summary: The photos are old but content is pure gold
Review: Yes the photo's are outdated, but the information within is priceless. The Bikram form is the meat-and-potatos of hatha yoga practice. This yoga system is the condensed form of the original hatha yoga series with some 5000 years of intelligence behind it, not to mention that Bikram's system has been scientifically tested and is The most therapeutic form of yoga available. Just ask the thousands of us whos lives have been saved by it. Bikram's dialog and general take on life cuts through all the confusion and illusions that plague the human condition.
