Summary: This is it!
Review: I may be an obsessive Homicide fan whose just in highschool but I know what I like. And this book is it, I loved every page. And while I wait for Homicide to be "Uncancled" I also await a sequel. As a comedian, or as Munchie- Belz is #1.

Summary: This book may hit the bestseller list. IT SHOULD!
Review: I recently got into the UFO/Alien Conspiracy Theory scenario lately. I had just finished the exceptional 'Alien Rapture' by Brad Steiger (Project Blue Book) and someone had recommended Belzer's book. I couldn't put it down. It was fantastic, and my wife and boss also thought so. Guess I'll have to get another copy as my bosses wife wants to read it next and how can I say no? I highly recommend this read as funny, interesting, and well researched.

Summary: I believe I believe
Review: Belz is right on the mark with this book. I saw him on the Today show plugging it and bought it straightaway. Let me tell you, he does throw a lot of balls up into the air BUT he manages to keep some of them up there. That's the scarey part. Belz, you gotta do a sequel man; I will keep looking over my shoulder until then!!!

Summary: Should not have done it.
Review: Regardless of all the other positive reviews here, I read the book and I found it a waste of time. First, the book is all text, no photos, no illustrations although the book begged for it. Otherwise, it's his opinion. Being a JFK-conspiracy enthusiast since the day it happened, I sort of enjoyed his presentation of the investigating work done by others except for the jewish humor that might not sit well with non-jews. When it came to UFO it's different with me as I've also been an UFOlogist since 1957 and all Belzer did was promulgate b.s. Especially where he supports alien artifacts on the Moon supported by Hoagland and Childress. I can tell you that Hoagland is a fraud and Childress is a copycat getting his Moon info and photos from Fred Steckling whose book was a joke and which I told the author I could rebut many of his photos as being wishful thinking. Everything that Belzer pushes 'cause he believes it only points to Belzer himself as being deluded into believing b.s. He complaints that the JFK situation got out of hand because our leaders wanted it that way. Now, it seems, schlock writers want it that way also and they have a not-so-funny, okay-actor acting as the dummy.

Summary: Help! I've been brainwashed by Richard Belzer!
Review: Well this is it. We have found a book that may convince us all that there is much more to it behind the killing of JFK, government's attempt to blind us from ufo and Belzer's wit. I was in the bookstore and took a peek at this book. I was only going to read the introductory but instead I became facsinated and ended up reading the whole thing all the way. If I haven't read it, I would've bought the book. This book has all the information we, american citizens, deserve to know.

Summary: Really funny, and really informative!
Review: I got this book when I saw Belzer on the Today Show talking about this book. I figured since he was on there, it had to be good and since I am really interested in Conspiracies... This book has TONS of information, really funny, and he has soo many things to back up his info. It shows that he did a lot of work for this book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Packed with real information and told as only Belzer can.
Review: Not too many people who are experiencing the kind of success that Richard Belzer is today would attempt to tackle such a controversial topic as conspiracy research. But Belzer does it with humor and style. This is a book for both the novice and the serious researcher. If you believe that JFK was killed by a lone nut or that UFOs are totally without any serious merit, then do yourself a favor and read this book. Belzer is a comedian but he is also a serious man with great insight into the folly of the world. The bibliography alone is worth the purchase price. Belzer is the real deal.

Summary: BOLDLY WRITTEN and FUNNY to boot!
Review: I was out the door as soon as this book was available. I could NOT wait to get my hands on it and I have definately NOT been disappointed. His manical wit just seeps through each & every word that he writes. I do not believe that one needs to be a person who follows conspiracy theories in order to enjoy this book either. It is so well written and entertaining..that it is guaranteed to please even the most hardened of the anti- conspiracy crusade. As a student of history, with a degree, I was really impressed with the fact finding that he has done in writing his book. He shows himself to be articulate, informed and well researched. Let's put it this way..I would not want to tangle with Mr. Belzer, one on one, about this subject without having done some major homework first. Also, as a fan of HOMICIDE...it is interesting for me to see how the character of Munch has begun to mirror Mr. Belzer himself during the last few seasons. Indicating to me that he has no problem in being open and honest about his belief system & thoughts. I VERY much recommend this book and hope that others will find themselves becoming a slave to his wit...as much as I have!

Summary: Belz,J. Edgar Hoover, JFK, Roswell, Elvis & Jackie Mason?
Review: Yep, they're all in here! Just when you think that Belz is just off on a paranoid, cynical rant, there's ANOTHER fact that rears its ugly head to make you realize that maybe one of TV's top comedians/actor may just be on to something. Anyone who enjoys the conspiracy investigator in Belzer will enjoy this book. This is very much like his HBO special "Another Lone Nut". Laced with Belzer cynicism, this is NOT a definitive conspiracy text, but it does prove that you don't have to be crazy to believe.
