Summary: An odd point of view
Review: I have to say, wicca is what got me interested in the show "Charmed" in the first place, and when I became hooked I bought this book. It delighted me in that it was ezplaining alot about magick in terms that even a fan who thought the whole thing was made up (an extreemly ignorant fan) would understand. I have an interesting point of view in that I am a witch who loves this show and I am telling you, no matter if your 'into' witchcraft or just like the show, it is a great book.

Review: I haven't read this book and I won't read this book. Charmed is an entertaining show but it is fiction! There is nothing remotely related to Wicca that you can learn from this show. I would not recommend this book as one for beginners to the Wiccan Religion.

Summary: Book Of Shadows...Very Interesting
Review: I just bought this book and it is very interesting. The Book of Shadows book gives alot of insight to the Wiccan Ways and "Charmed". If you believe or do not believe in "magic" but like Charmed, this would be a book for you. I have just read certain sections of the book already but from what I have read I have liked. I highly recommend this book to all!

Review: I like charmed because it is the best T.v. show i every seen in my life i would like to have all the movies & all the books but i really want the book of shadows very much but i want all of them a lot and i am the biggest fan of charmed and i watch there shows every day even on sundays at 8:00pm.

Summary: Not quite What I Expected.
Review: I love the show Charmed which is why i bought this book, only afterwards i descovered that it wasnt what i expected it to be. This is what i was expecting: Episode guide, charector pages, behind the scenes, pictures ect. The episode guide is there, but thats about all, the rest is about spells and been a wican, so if your in to that, this is great for you and you dont even need to be a fan of the show, but if your a fan who is not in to doing the sisters activities, dont expect to get a whole lot out of the book. If you realy want an episode guide, get it anyway as its realy good, you might also get swung towards your wican ways!

Review: I purchased this book thinking that it was at least a decent guide to Charmed. True, there are no other Charmed guides, but this one isn't even updated; there are about 5 seasons missing. In the first section of the book, the author attempts to explain Wicca. It's o.k. if one has no prior knowledge of the religion. My main complaint is the childish manner in which it was written. I expected more depth and intelligence. It was poorly written. Hopefully someone else will write a better guide to Charmed. Don't waste your money on this one.

Review: I think this book is a good book because it tells you everything about charmed .I can't put it in words but if your a charmed fan it's a must have.

Review: I thought this book was quite interesting. It was a bit artsy fartsy though and I couldn't quite catch all of it. But then, sometimes it's cool to read things that don't always make sense. It allows for more interpretation.

Summary: A Gimmicky book with SOME good info.
Review: I thumbed through this book at a bookstore. While it does have SOME relevant information on the religion of Witchcraft, overall I found it to be ridiculous. Charmed is a television show; it does not represent the REALITY of the life of a practicing witch. Anyone who seeks this book out as a guide to "true" Wicca of witchcraft is kidding themselves. There are no hard and fast rules in these religions. Also, the reader needs to keep in mind that these religous paths are very serious, and the practice therein is not to be taken lightly. You cannot be a witch just by reading a book. Especially one about a fantasy television show. However, the author does attempt to explain the differences between Wicca, traditional witchcraft, and the show. But I'm afraid that many readers will assume that this book holds much spiritual truth and will use it as a guidebook to an entire religious movement that they do not understand.
