Summary: Answers to so many questions
Review: After many years of being a Holy Spirit filled Christian, God established in my heart the reality of Who the Holy Spirit is through this book. I finally understood the Person that is the Holy Spirit. It's filled with personal example after personal example, while still leaving room for the Holy Spirit to reveal Himself uniquely to me in my life. Reading this book is an answered prayer and I look forward to a more intimate walk with God. I certainly have more to learn but now I'm walking in a higher level of revelation.

Summary: unwelcome Benny Hinn, how NOT to know the Holy Spirit
Review: Another Benny Hinn twisted scriptures and just wild imagination.

Summary: This book is fiction, not theology
Review: Benny Hinn is back with "Welcome, Holy Spirit." Here he tries to once again duplicate the unwarranted success of his first Thomas Nelson publication, "Good Morning, Holy Spirit." What emerges is more evidence of the controversial faith healer's propensity for exaggeration, embroidery of facts and outright myth making in an effort to elevate him into a class of spiritual elitism.

Take for example his claim in the book that he and a "Miracle Invasion" team once "received a special invitation" from a Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario hospital to "conduct a service for the patients." Hinn purports in the book "you could feel God's Spirit all over the building. Within a few minutes the hospital looked like it had been hit by an earthquake. People were under the power of the Holy Spirit up and down the hallways as well as in the rooms." Patients, according to Hinn, all over the chapel were being healed instantly.

Had God's miraculous power come to this Canadian town through the impartation of Hinn? No, says General Hospital officials. "No such events have ever occured at General Hospital. His pronouncement can neither be verified through the medical records nor by testimony from past or present personnel of this hospital. Mr. Hinn's claims are outlandish and unwarranted," says Lois C. Krause (Director of Community Relations) to Personal Freedom Outreach in their book, "The Confusing World of Benny Hinn" (available from Amazon).

Hinn's "Welcome, Holy Spirit," should be removed from a "Theology" or "Religion" catagory and be placed in "Fiction" where it belongs.

Summary: A wonderful book!
Review: I have read many of Pastor Benny's books and "Welcome Holy Spirit" was as wonderful as the rest of his books. He teaches in such a gentle way. This book is a sequel to "Good Morning Holy Spirit". Both books are packed with life changing truths. If you desire a closer, more intimate walk with our precious Lord Jesus, I would highly recommend reading this book. If you are skeptical about the authenticity of the miracles Benny talks about in this book, please, read it for yourself and make your own decisions. I truly believe if you read it with a heart open to the voice of the Holy Spirit, you will see that it is genuine. I am very familiar with Pastor Benny's ministry, and have seen awesome miracles take place in his services first hand. It is a wonderful book..one I think everyone will benefit from reading.

Summary: introduction to spiritism
Review: I would recommend this book about spiritist experience to those who want to be lead by satans and his demons or any angel of light. Scary but impressive.

Summary: Benny Hinn did it for me, once again.
Review: Once again, I am blown back by this man's amazing wisdom and knowledge. He was in town the other day, and i missed his show because I was sick.

Summary: He is for real! A wonderful gift book...I have given as gift
Review: This book in Christian circles is considered the textbook on the Holy Spirit of God. A must have to anyone who wants God to heal them of any malady or problem.

I was one who had the fortune to be in one of his services back when he was relatively unknown. I believe this man is the foremost authority in the world today on the Holy Spirit. I would fear and tremble before committing the unpardonable sin by blaspheming the Holy Spirit, the subject of this book by calling him a fake, as some others have. I know for myself he is for real and his touch brings God's touch to your life.

You see, this excellent book is for those advanced in faith, not for babes, and his books are highly readable, and gripping. I had a terribly painful earache and the instant he touched my ear, I was healed...the pain was gone...this book explains how God the Holy Spirit can visit, touch, and heal you right where you are...for it is not Benny who does the healing...it is God! Get it, get it, get it!

Summary: Hated it! And I'm a christian too!
Review: This was the worst christian book I've ever read. Pastor Hinn simply tries to appeal to his readers emotions rather than their intellect. His descriptions of the Holy Spirit are maudlin and sententious. He tries to sell the Holy Spirit to his reader like a used car salesman and he describes the Holy Spirit like a little boy describing his favorite Teddy Bear. It was sappy and shallow, I quit half way through. Nothing solid to grow on.
If this book has closened your walk to God then good on ya. But as a hungry-minded, intellectual follower of Christ, this book has nothing to offer. This book will not boost your faith. Try instead Philip Yancey, Max Lucado or Lee Strobel or any other christian author.
