Summary: THE WAY OF THE TRUTH WILL BE MALIGNED
Review: This book overflows with 1) fascinating and sometimes gushy spiritual "imagery"; 2) SOME spiritual truths compromised by an incredible imagination.

CAUTION IS ADVISED in mental absorption of this "vision". The concepts related in this "vision" 1) complicate the simple truths of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; 2) qualify as "standing on a lower level" the Christian who seeks to honor Jesus Christ's command in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20); and 3) seek to disqualify the example of Jesus in simple obedience to His Father's will, and instead, supplanting the quest for "extraordinary" spiritual advancement.

THE FINAL QUEST ranks the spiritual inner quest as the superior state of being a Christian -- all in self-serving interest and desire for "highs" spiritually, above and beyond what believers are commanded in scripture as duty to the Lord Jesus. As for the walk with God, that is governed in the believer's simple yielding to the presence of the Holy Spirit and is predetermined in its outcome(Ephesians 2:10). THE FINAL QUEST seeks to veer the believer away from the heavenly task at hand and into the preoccupation of self and how "it" feels or how "it" is experiencing "its" spiritual highs. This is spiritual seduction. We do now "grow" ourselves spiritually; that alone is the job of the Holy Spirit with regard to the submissive believer in ALL things.

THE FINAL QUEST seeks to dull the sense of discernment with an attempt to encourage the Christian to bemoan the seemingly horrible thought of the heart -- that one would question another's biblical view. We are biblically instructed to discern, to question the spirits. This critique is a question of the spiritual source of THE FINAL QUEST.

Summary: A today word for the bride of Christ. Life Changing!
Review: I laughed, I cried and was filled with awe. My conception of eternity with God is forever changed. As I read the words of this book and saw spiritual warfare from the heavenly point of view I knew it was time to stop playing christian and be one! I thank the Lord for giving this vision to the church.

Summary: The Final Quest
Review: No Christian book has impacted my life like the Final Quest. Reading this book crystalized God's Truth in areas I've struggled with for years. I also experienced increasing hunger for God and His Word. I really believe this vision was real, because the wisdom, insite and revelation that comes forth through these pages, not only glorifies Jesus Christ, but is based completely on God's Word. THIS BOOK IS A MUST READ FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO GO DEEPER WITH GOD.

Summary: I couldn't put it down!
Review: I have read many Christian books, this is however is one of the best I have ever read. I couldn't stop reading it once I started I could do much of anything else. It is so inspirational. I now am reading it to my Husband before we fall asleep. Thank You Rick Joyner, you are a powerful tool of God!

Summary: Should be named the Final Lie
Review: This book will no doubt challenge the Christian to be extra discerning as you roam through a book cluttered with extra biblical teachings. This book seems to make an appeal to the 'mature' Christian but it will be the 'mature' Christian who sees through the deception laid out in this book. Though this book seems to be swamped with new spiritual insight at the end you will have to decide whether to believe the bible or this false book. The day of deception is definately here as said in Jeremiah 5:30-31 and 2 Peter 2:1-2.

Summary: Deep spiritual wisdom
Review: This book is a must read for those who desire more than just existing. It will lead you into a new realm. For those not used to thinking in spiritual terms this could be a great introductin. I was moved beyond measure! I want to climb the mountain of God even more now than I did before. Truely God have wisdom for us if we will only turn and listen to Him. Great book. You will not be able to put it down except to pray.

Summary: A Heart Opener
Review: The first time I read the Final Quest's intorduction (only) in Spanish, I criticized every new idea and tried to fault find any revelation that Rich was saying. I was not open to hear about a vision in which I thought one must be careful in reading, especially if it preaches a different Christ. However, once I was praying, the Lord told me to read it again. (in English). Here's my change:

I learned throughout the book that God's ways and His thoughts are not like man's and are infinitely higher than us. Yes, this might sound redundant to some Christians. However, in the Vision the Lord gives, Rich is in the middle of a spiritual war, where Satan is throwing arrows of hate, slander, etc. He then sees a mountain-The Holy Mountain (Psalm 24 please check this!), and all christians begin to climb it. He learns as he climbs that there are different levels: 1st salvation, etc. When he reaches the highest point (through God's wisdom), he becomes a mighty warrior. He begins to criticize the believers that stayed on the 1st level,which were easily wounded by Devil's arrrows and could not grow or withstand them, but later he finds out from God that if it wasn't for them, he would had not reached heaven. He also learns that the 1st level is as important as the acme. Later the Christians that were at the salvation level and others will also become (faster) mighty warriors.

The Final Quest is completely backed by the Scriptures. If one looks at Matt.20.1-17. The Laborers in the Vineyard (all men who began working at differnt hrs. of the day , some began close to midnight, others in the morning, but all received the SAME amount of pay). As Jesus says,"Thus the last shall be the 1st and the 1st shall be the last." The Final Quest shows many other in depth revelations that will touch your heart. Please don't be like I was at first. If it wasn't for His grace I would had missed His valuable gift of knowledge. In Corinth.6.8 Paul speaks to the church, but I also see Jesus speaking through this verse to our hearts. " Men of Corinth, we have spoken to you frankly, opening our hearts wide to you. There is no lack of room in us: the narrowness is in you. In fair exchange, then (I speak as a father to his children), open wide your hearts.

Acts2.17 proof that visions and dreams will be given at the end of time.

Summary: Excellent for all true Christians and believers
Review: After maturing in christianity for several years, this book took me to a new level of understanding of spiritual warfare and our place in Gods plan as well as a touch of what Heaven is like. Ive not read many christian books, however thus far this has been THE best by far. I also recommend the "Left Behind" Series by Tim Layahe.

Summary: GOD's grace is real, but not to be taken lightly!
Review: I recommend all Christians to read this book. I thought that the person who had recommended it, somewhat exaggerated it's context. However, after reading it for myself, I recommend it to those who are well informed in the truth found in God's word. This book is not for everyone. Especially those who do not believe that our struggle is "not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." To sum it up, God's grace, for all who have chosen to live for HIM, is REAL! This book helped me see myself in God's loving & gracious eyes, even when I fall short & mess up. It also made me self-examined my motives in regards to my walk with the Lord. Lastly, the sequel "The Call" is also a 'must read' to further understand Mr. Joyner's message to the Church.

Summary: An excellent book that will change your life!
Review: This book helped me see how harmful it is to criticize other people, especially Christians that might have different beliefs. After reading it I feel like I've been through open heart surgery where Christ removed my heart and replaced it with His! Praise God! It has increased the love that I feel for Christ and the love that I feel for people many times over. And as 1 Cor. 13 say "Without love, we are nothing." I had asked God to help me grow in His love, and I believe that this was an answer to my prayer. Please do not be swayed by those who say it is not scriptural. This book does not discuss doctrine. And Rick Joyner is very clear that only God's scripture does that. It is a book for anyone who wants to increase the love they feel for Christ and the love they feel for people. And it lines up with scripture perfectly!
